Dusty rooms, filthy bedding, and bathrooms with sticky, unwashed floors. We were having issues such as sore throat amd dry eyes

Terrible experience. Stayed here for 2 nights and paid for two nights. However they checked me out at 11pm the night before my checkout date and bulked my 2 night charge into 1 night. I had a flight out early I had let them know I would not be coming to front desk to check out and they can charge my card ahead of time for two nights. they went inside the room at 11pm and saw no luggage and automatically checked me out without consent and charged the 2nd night as a no show. Why would you charge me for two nights but only count one night towards my rewards. Very poor service. They should have checked the room out as according to policy which they did NOT. Hotel has technically scammed me for 1 night toward my status and additional bonus points I would have accrued for that second night because they chose to check me out before midnight day before my anticipated check out date. Would not spend my money here.

The rooms are incredibly small No good hotel in Ahmedabad has such small rooms. Bath enclosure is very small. Towels were torn and dark. Very small, I'll equipped dining area. Very limited options. They charge for a superior room when there is no difference in amenities, service or room size. Would avoid anytime
