Hotel Pinnacle

One of the worst hotels in my visit in ahmedabad no hot water for bath no proper dinner and breakfast worst staff and only good thing is it's in good area

We had a comfortable and safe stay, rooms were much spacious and cleanliness maintained. Overall had a nice experience

I stayed for 7 days and it was good exp. Staff and food service is good. Location was superb, everything is nearby.

Staying experience was good and i extended booking and their service was very helpful. Sameer at reception was very helpful with accomadation.

Though the hotel is at one of the prime locations, it is not being maintained. The morning tea was very good and more than what we ordered. But there were cockroaches in the room and bathroom as well. The hotel does not have a power backup. We were without electricity for more than 2 hours and the glass windows were sealed.

Hotel pinnacle has a few good points but also some disappointments. The hotel staff were courteous and cooperative, and they went out of their way to make the stay more comfortable, which is always appreciated. There is an in-house kitchen, though the menu is limited, which may not meet all preferences or dietary needs. However, the overall experience didn’t quite match what was advertised. unfortunately, the property and amenities didn’t meet expectations.Additionally, the room lighting was dim, making the atmosphere dark and dull, which affected the ambiance inside. A brighter, more inviting setup would be a significant improvement. Overall, there’s room for improvement at hotel pinnacle to align better with the listings on booking platforms.
