Horrible Hospitality, Check in : Luggage from Car took 10 minutes, No drinking water at check in time, took 30 minutes to deliver drinking water. Restaurant: Staff don't know basic Hospitality of placing Drinking water at the Tabel, was served after repeated request in Paper Cups Reception staff just non responsive, after repeated call.

Horrible experience at this hotel. Stayed for 1 night with my spouse in Jan '25. Staff is extremely unprofessional & unresponsive. Basics like water in the room is not available & it takes 3 calls for the reception to answer. It takes minimum 45 minutes to get anything delivered to the room. Restaurant staff doesn't even bother serving water to guests, let alone help with anything else. All in all, AVOID AT ANY COST!

Our two night stay at this hotel was good. Breakfast could have better and varied & the service a bit slow.Hotel location is good. Bottled water was provided in the room. Rooms were clean. No safe locker provided in our room. Reception staffs service was very good.

Rooms are neat & clean, food tastes good & service is bit slow. Complimentary breakfast could be better but what all it had was delicious. Room service takes time to order.

Fantastic hotel and very convenient stay I had...food is very tasty and gives yummy feel...staff is very positive and helpful...it can be recommended to all business family and solo travellers as well....pocket friendly and peaceful location at center of the city...

Rooms were pretty small, was initially denied early checkin stating no rooms are available and had to roam ahmedabad city looking for temporary accommodation at 5 am, finally after some repeated calls and argument with the staff - the reception guy said that it will cost extra (was ready to pay earlier | ) food is average
