Rooms as spacious, more than most hotels available, but their services are absolutely pathetic. Delayed housekeeping, food is good but the waiters are completely clueless about the dishes and take ages to serve food. For the price i got, it was decent otherwise, they are way too bad on the services front

Worst day..Very poorly maintained room was provided,it seems that room was not operational for a long period of time..Tap is not working..Flush..AC.Door lock nothing is working.
Even after telling them in the reception nothing resolved.Open electrical point in room number 218.
Handwashing soap is also not provided ..Small bottle of shampoo bottle provided for handwash

This was my second stay at the property, location is great, walking distance from the temple entrance. Although room was clean, dust was present in less used area like chair or side tables. In room food was okay compared to the price. Ordered idly and uttapam for kids but uttapam was okay comparing cost was expecting a better version.

Room not good bathroom not clean towel not clean no glass for water, no cloth holder in bathroom all rom not good

The hotel is well made but had poor service and substandard maintenance. Understaffed too, did give a written complaint at the reception. If they improve on these issues the hotel would be much better.

Pros Distance from temple Free ride to temple restaurant food very good restaurant staff esp the main girl very good Cons Dirty rooms Toilets broken Flush not working No hand soap in one room bad towels cigarette smell very bad Maybe better to chk smaller and cleaner hotels nearby.
