BIG4 Aireys Inlet

我們大概 7:30 到，結果前台已經下班，沒有聯繫電話，不知道怎麼處理。聯繫攜程，打酒店電話也打不通，留言後，晚上 9:30 左右才收到酒店電話，後來還是找其他住客詢問才發現在前台有一個留給我們的 letter，才找到了房間和房間鑰匙。其他方面都不錯，就是服務欠缺一些，也可能是文化的差異

很多搭帳篷的，停車比較亂、衣服和其他物品都亂掛。與4.7的評分不符

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Our pet-friendly cabin had a secure verandah, great amenities and everything we needed for an overnight, or longer, stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving recommendations for dinner and things to see.

It’s a lovely little park but a very small pool really only accommodates a family of 4-5 it would be to crowded with more people. The boom gate on entry is not operational so anyone can come into the caravan park anytime day or night which concerned me. The games room was very dated & not very clean at all. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time & was in need of a good wash. Our cabin was cosy & nice but the bathroom exhaust /light & fan was caked in fluff & dust & I don’t think it had been cleaned in years & I felt was a fire hazard. Also we could not use the fan in the main living area as the blades on the fan were rusted and filthy with dust. We also had no working balcony porch light which was another concern as it was quite dark at night out in the balcony table & chairs so we had to use candles. It also made using the steps hazardous as there was no light to see when using them. I did see new owners were going to take over maybe that’s why the current owners have neglected to do the proper maintenance in the cabin & the other areas which is a shame. I have stayed at a lot of big4 caravan parks & this one was very disappointing. The up side is it’s close to shops, the pub & beach & there were a lot of families with kids with their own caravans staying there.

The park was small and well set up. Combination of cabins, ensuite sites and powered sites. Amenities were excellent, clean hot showers with great water pressure. The pool, rec room and camp kitchen were tidy and stocked with books to exchange and kitchen equipment to use whilst there. If you didn’t wish to cook there were restaurants and a pub very close. We based ourselves here as it was quiet and then did day trips.

We had a wonderful 2 days at Aireys Inlet BIG4. The beds were very comfortable with great sheets and towels . The place was well equipped- everything we needed was at hand. Thankyou
