(Air conditioning is available if required at an additional charge of $10 per day.) Take in the views of beautiful Aitutaki lagoon from the huge veranda or relax on your outdoor lounge. There is also an outdoor coffee table, BBQ large outdoor dining setting that comfortably seats 8. You will be greeted with a welcome fruit basket, and milk and juice will be in the fridge for your convenience. The nightly tariff includes up to 5 guests. The large bathroom has a stone top vanity and a large shower. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience. There is a separate toilet, and a large laundry located downstairs with a washing machine, and spare beach towels for your use during your stay. The modern oak kitchen has an island bench and a large dining table. Equipped with microwave, oven, gas cook top, large fridge/freezer, blender (for making paw paw smoothies), 4 slice-toaster, kettle, coffee plunger (coffee provided), hand mixer, high quality pots, baking p[ans, chefs knife set, cooking utensils & crockery to cover all your cooking and entertaining needs. Drinking water to the main house is treated by the installed UV treatment system and is safe to drink. The Villa is well located being close to town (grocery shops, bank, telecom, post office, take away food), Cook Island Tourism, the Aitutaki Market, as well as the main wharf where water taxi s depart from taking you on tours or to your island of choice! Special conditions: Villa is cleaned weekly with additional services available upon request at an additional charge. Weddings or large gatherings are not allowed at the Villa.
