Great location with exceptional staff. The man in charge at the spa was a bit rude when it was about to close

Hotel is very well located with an excellent outdoor pool facility, staff at the bar were quite friendly.
The staff at reception were a bit 'hit and miss' .. sometimes helpful and other times not, really depended on who you spoke with.

Hôtel bien placé par contre déçu car nous avions appelé avant pour demander si le Burkini était autorisé et on nous a confirmé que oui avant que nous réservions et arrivé sur place on m’a demandé de ne pas aller dans l’eau car ce n’était pas autorisé… une compensation nous a été accordé pour la gêne occasionnée

The best hotel we stayed at on our adult family trip around France! When we got to Aquabella eveything from start to finish was AMAZING. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were huge I couldn’t get over the size of the bed it was fabulous! The food in the restaurant was some of the best food we experienced on our trip and the pool area/spa/gardens were absolutely gorgeous! We have stayed in lovely hotels and this is up there with the best! If you’re thinking of booking this hotel DO IT! You won’t be disappointed you’ll be booking to go back like we have! Thank you to everyone at Aquabella for making our time at the hotel so enjoyable and relaxing — also tip - try the mojito when you’re there they are superb!! Many many thanks, Eve from the UK x

My partner and I had an amazing time at Aquabella. We stayed for four nights as part of our trip traveling around Provence and the coast of the Riviera. Aquabella was our longest hotel stay and we were so glad it was. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating and the hotel itself was very clean. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but we loved taking full advantage of the spa amenities. The location of the hotel was everything - quite literally in the main city area, but it feels like a countryside escape. We loved our room overlooking the city roofs and mountains and were grateful for how spacious it was to accommodate all of our luggage. Aix-en-Provence was more quiet than we would have like during the beginning days of the week -- restaurants and shops closed earlier than expected -- but the morning markets and cobblestone streets are reason enough to make it a stop on your trip. We ate dinner one night at Aquabella's restaurant, L'Orangerie, which we'd also recommend. The location and the free validated parking made Aquabella the perfect place for us and we will definitely be back next time we're in the region!
