We stayed in the hotel and ate in the restaurant. The food is excellent - French cuisine at it's best and very good value. The hotel rooms vary - the standard rooms are small, even by European standards. We stayed in one of the large rooms which was very comfortable. There is a lift but only one and very small, so avoid a higher floor. We stayed in September and it was fairly warm, not hot, but we still required the fan on at night. No AC unfortunately. The hotel is up the hill from the town, close to the spa. An easy walk down to the town but a tiring climb back up. There is a parking lot but it is in the next street, down the hill a little and around the corner. We needed it as the street parking was always full. We found the staff to give very good service.

We stayed here for three nights amid heat wave having booked at very short notice. It didn’t have AC but there was a fan. The rooms (we switched, so tried two) were spotless and provided comfortable accommodation. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with our requests. We didn’t have dinner at the Hotel but clearly it was popular with other guests. Breakfast was superb. You expect good bread/ croissants in France but they were sublime. Recommended.

We stayed one night , the concierge couldn't have been more helpful The private car park was full but as we arrived after 19h.00 and were leaving early next morning we parked outside. It took 5 minutes to walk into the centre of Aix Our room was very pleasant and quiet on the top floor and serviced by a 2 person sized lift However I was not at all happy about the condition of the toilet in our room, which was filthy , the condition you would expect in a public toilet and hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time and needs serious attention.

Nella parte alta della cittadina, ma non lontano dal centro, una grande villa d'epoca con garage privato a pagamento offre camera spaziose con un bella vista sulla chiesa e sulla città. L'accoglienza un po' confusionaria nel trovare la prenotazione ma che non ha pregiudicato il soggiorno . Una prima buona prima colazione servita ma non inclusa ha incrementato il costo del soggiorno di una notte.

La nuit passée dans cet hôtel constituait une étape sur le chemin du retour de nos vacances. Il était idéalement situé pour nous permettre de découvrir la ville à pied et offrait des possibilités de stationnement gratuites. Cet établissement est soigné, les chambres propres et bien équipées. Seule ombre au tableau l'absence de climatisation. Cela nous a incité à laisser la fenêtre ouverte durant la nuit. Hélas pour nous notre chambre donnait sur la rue. Les passages répétés de voitures et de motos dans cette rue descendante au demeurant calme nous ont étonnés et malheureusement empêchés de passer une bonne nuit. Le comble est que ce n'est que le matin en quittant la chambre que nous avons découvert un ventilateur dans l'armoire. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table et demeure correct. A noter que nous avons pu profiter de l'espace extérieur fort agréable pour le prendre.

Das Hotel ist gut, die Zimmer sauber und schön, die Lage ist ruhig und doch fussläufig zum Zentrum. Der Service ist super freundlich, kleine Änderungen kein Problem. Eine besondere Empfehlung verdient das Restaurant, das für vernünftige Preise eine sehr gute gehobene Küche bietet. Wer hier absteigt, sollte es nicht verpassen!

Personnel au top, tres bon accueil, chambre très propre, au calme. Très bon emplacement de l’hôtel. Si vous n’avez pas mangé ou si vous avez un moment pendant votre séjour, le restaurant de cette hôtel, le bistrot sens unique est un incontournable à Aix 👍

L accueil très sympa chambre surclassé gratuitement pour être séparé d un séminaire, chambre très sympa très propre à deux pas du centre ville à pied, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel au prix correct et aux prestations plus que correctes à découvrir.

Un petit repas du dimanche. Nous ne connaissons pas l’hôtel, donc pas d’avis. Quant au restaurant, accueillis par des charmants sourires, du dynamisme et de l’attention, notre repas fut une explosion de saveurs en bouche. Les chef dont le parcours laisse rêver nous a concocté un repas digne des plus grandes tables à un prix raisonnable. Nous avons pu profiter du cadre charmant en extérieur dans le jardin ensoleillé. Table à recommander.
