Very average hotel, even they do not change bed sheets after guests departure, only location is good.

Room is good, location is good, service is good but 2l water will be charged rs 84. That's too high

The only good thing about the stay was the location of hotel and the view from the balcony and that too if you book the premium room. I booked the premium room but was disappointed as the ac wasn’t working and the wifi was highly unstable. The staff was pleasant but had very little resources to help customers.

Breakfast menu very poor, sometimes items not available. Room geyser stops working maybe intentionally, wifi not working properly, except premium suite, rest rooms are horrible

Room condition was very poor
my room had many cockroaches and a very peculiar smell
the staffs were also not very vigilant

The single rooms are small. I dint find it much hygienic specially in the 5th floor room bathroom floor was dirty, towel was also dirty later they changed. There was no intercom and cockroach were roaming here and there. When it rained outside water seepage occurred which flooded in the entire room. However if you just want to spend a single night then it's fine as the location is proper.

Room no 201 alloted. The wifi was not working for 2 days
the geyser was not working for 2 days very poor response & support from reception desk.
