The attention detail in the room's amenities made feel like a home away from home. Wonderful place to stay with or without family. Very nice service. Food is so good. Staff is so courteous and cooperative. House keeping crew is great at this place. The stay was memorable. Looking forward to stay again.

Good resort clean tents clean pool with rain dance good service amezing view helpful staff manager corporative. Lush green garden cute mini zoo with duck rabits pigeons . View from room is amezing 360 degree mountains view .................. Best of luck

I stayed in this beautiful resort with my friends in super deluxe villa with bathtub. It was great experience in one of the best consept room made on machan with a small bathtub behind the room and private sitting area. View from our room was. Wonderful feel like we are in hill station. Food was delicious. Complimentary breakfast was amazing with spread buffet . Service was good . Staff was very polite and corporative. Specal thanks to Manager Varun Singh, Shivani ( Reception ) dheeraj ( Service)

Staff is well behaved. Extremely good hospitality and good privacy. Must go for relaxing holiday. Buffet breakfast is also very good. Words fell short while writing this review. We stayed for 02 nights in a luxury villa with private pool the room the view and the service all were top notch.

Best for couples, friends and family, luxurious stay ,food are best and tasty and best part is you are surrounded by the hills. For best view come in mansoon season If you are nature lover go for this .

Nice location good areas to click pictures nice weather ,good service and facilities ,huge rooms ,clean bathroom,big lobby,nice dining area good food both veg and non-veg and other great amenities overall great experience.

Worst stay ever! Please take your own water, room latch, towels with you. Resort only provides you with a Room and AC. S Our room lock was not ythere, the latch was not there so we had to put sofa and chairs at the door in night to close it. They were giving water in kinley bottles which were refilled with god knows which water, when asked the staff says we only provide in half ltr bottle packed and additional water is RO water we give! They were serving water which I dont think was RO but in used kinley half ltrs bottle that too openely !! They no sense of hospitality, hygiene or any professional staff or management. We took pool villa in which there was no water and then they fill the water with pipes which take 2-3 hours to fill. The pool was dirty and for any service request one hour is minimum time they need, be it cleaning pool, giving water, towel! Sometimes they can also deny for any service request you make like … we cannot provide more towels or water or anything you ask! After repeatedly having heated arguments with staff over each thing they put the last nail in coffin by refusing us to give food for our kids when were checking out! They just wanted us to leave !! I felt like i should have filed an FIR for the kind of intolerable things happening in this resort! The management and owner should take prompt action and look for the serious issues which can jeopardise the entire resort and its licence.

..serene aravalli resort.. Mining work in progress there u can feel the voices in head... Un- tolerable... charges 105rs for ice..... .restaurant staff is not at all cordial Food is pathetic. Some expired eatables were in room

Worst resort i have ever stayed. Even you cant say it as resort. Rooms are just pathetic. Whole tent is hanging in air. Sounds of bed moving are continuous even if we sit on bed or move. Bathrooms are not clean and just pathetic. Monkeys are roaming outside room. No phones are working in room. To call staff we have to call hotel manager and even he did not respond. Total waste of money. Dont spend money here. They just give room and then forgot to serve customers. I suggest the hotel management to maintain property first and then hire proper staff who can respond quickly.
