My wife and our 3 year old have just returned from a week long visit (7th to 14th March) and very much enjoyed our stay. For context, we paid £730 for a week all inclusive from Manchester and booked it about 8 weeks ago. For a 3 hour flight and 30 degrees the day we left early March it was a no brainer. Overall this hotel represents great value for money. For what we paid and what we wanted, which was just to relax, it was a fantastic stay. Service was always very friendly and attentive, from check in all the way through to departure and helped make our stay enjoyable. Rooms - we were allocated room 1476 in the main building which was a deluxe double - having only paid for a standard this was a nice surprise with WiFi in the room for the little boy. The room was cleaned daily and facilities were good. Slight negatives would be no kettle in the room (although I believe reception can lend you one) and the very large double was hard. All in all though decent room. Facilities - everything was clean, granted a little tired in places but the staff work very hard to maintain it and we had no issues. The indoor pool was amazing for the little lad - outdoor pools were a challenge despite us having great weather the week we visited but what do you expect in early March. Food & Drink - we are foodies and regularly eat fine dining but I have to say, although repetitive as with all all inclusives we found it to be good quality. The Tunisian dishes were great and desserts plentiful. If you want boring British fayre day after day which we did hear some brits whinge about then go to England for your holiday. The local beer was decent enough - didn’t have many cocktails so can’t comment. Beach & surrounding areas - nice beach, quiet and didn’t get hassled too much. Nice walk to the marina (20 mins) which is worth a look for a stop for a drink and change of scenery. Excellent stay for a cheap week and some winter sun.

We spent a week here 24th to 31st January. We had a room on the 2nd floor. Room was clean & tidy and well presented. On arrival, prompt check in and friendly reception staff (we arrived early) so had time to get a drink and something to eat before being shown to our room. All I can say is from when we arrived to the moment we left, I have never felt so welcome and at home in a hotel before. All staff, and guests alike were so friendly and warm. Food was excellent and tasty, and always a choice. Sometimes, not as hot as I'd like but that's my preference. Brilliant waiter service in restaurant and bars. Animation team lovely, always try to include you, but no hassle if you just want to relax! Overall, one of the nicest holidays, and would love to return ❤️❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, we stayed for a two week break on the 10th - 24th January. My husband and I were looking for a really chilled break and we got exactly that. The hotel and grounds are kept spotless, the gardening team and cleaners do a brilliant job. Our room was on the 2nd floor of the main hotel and it was perfect, lovely and clean, TV, Hairdryer and free security safe within the room, The roo. Is cleaned daily and the staff are amazing. The hotels sits in 27 acres of grounds with lots to explore, its a really lovely short walk through the ground to the hotels personal beach. Security staff man the beach and are always happy to help. The restaurant is a large area, with many amazing waiters, who are happy to secure your table or are happy to allow you to sit in a different area every meal. The food is in my opinion, Brilliant, with a huge varied choice at Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Meal. I couldnt write this without mentioning the beautiful Latifa who makes the most amazing Omlettes every morning, always going above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy, even with the language barrier, she is amazing.I will always remember her kindness. The chefs are always on hand to help with any queries or requirements. I have a cocoa allergy and the young man serving the ice-cream would take the scoop into the kitchen and steam it clean and replace the water bowl evertime I wanted ice-cream, I have stayed in many hotels in Tunisia but have to say the team within the restaurant were amazing. The bar staff within the hotel were very helpful even to a non drinker like myself making the most perfect 'Shandy" (lemonade & a dash of lager for me lol) I can't really comment on the animation staff as we didn't have a lot to do with them (our choice) we did join in with Boules, Darts, Archery, but weren't pestered by them. We spent a lot of our time at the quiet pool near the beach, but have to say your holiday can be whatever you want it to be at this hotel, there is a livelier pool bar and seperate children's pool. But I can honestly say for me it wasn't about the hotel, it was the staff and how they greater us everyday, from the gardeners up to the hotel manager that made our holiday special. This hotel has a huge place in my heart and we will return ASAP. I loved that the hotel manager was available at anyte to make sure the guests had the best experience whilst staying at the hotel, along with his reception staff they were so welcoming and friendly and always there to help.
