I stayed at this hotel between 2nd and 10th June 2025 and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a supposed 4-star establishment. While there were a few redeeming aspects, the overall condition and management left much to be desired. *The Positives:* - *Rooms:* Although the rooms were old and in need of repair, they were at least cleaned daily, which was appreciated. - *Lovely People:* We had the pleasure of meeting wonderful fellow guests from Europe, many of whom had visited before the 2016 events. Their past experiences were highly positive, but they were deeply shocked by the current state of the hotel. - *Food:* Tunisian cuisine is wonderful, and there was always something to eat. While the quality wasn’t terrible, there were significant issues surrounding the dining areas. - *Beach & Aqua Park:* I must say the beach was well preserved and enjoyable, and the aqua park area provided some fun, despite the poor drainage system. *The Negatives:* - *Hygiene & Cleanliness:* The hotel’s cleanliness was extremely lacking. The tables and chairs in the dining area were never washed, yet guests were expected to eat there. The pool area was particularly unhygienic—no cleaning staff seemed to be present, and the floor, loungers, and water were visibly dirty. A trolley full of leftover dishes sat under the stairs near the pool throughout my stay. Shockingly, no drainage system existed around the pool, leaving splashed water stagnant. - *Overworked Staff:* The bar staff worked tirelessly day and night, yet their exhaustion was evident. The overall atmosphere among employees was one of unhappiness, despite their efforts to provide service. We did our best to tip and show appreciation, but the hotel management clearly failed to support their workforce. - *Unacceptable Conditions:* There was *no air conditioning in the rooms* —a major inconvenience for all guests. When asked, staff simply stated it wouldn’t be turned on until June 15th. Similarly, *there was no Wi-Fi*, which is unacceptable in today’s world. - *Food Waste & Mismanagement:* The hotel accepted tourists from Libya, who, unfortunately, displayed poor dining etiquette—loading their plates excessively and leaving food uneaten, which was then discarded. This resulted in a shortage for other guests, forcing them to seek meals outside the hotel. - *Misleading Advertising by Loveholidays:* I booked my stay through *Loveholidays*, expecting a reputable experience. However, the hotel’s poor condition felt deceptive, as it did not match the profile advertised. People work hard to afford good vacations, and this was simply disappointing. I plan to *formally complain* to Loveholidays, as they should ensure hotels meet their stated standards. *Final Verdict:* My overall experience was overwhelmingly negative, and I will *not* be returning to this hotel. The lack of hygiene, maintenance, and basic services, combined with overworked staff and mismanagement, made it impossible to enj
