El Mouradi Palm Marina

Having just returned from a fantastic weeks holiday here I cannot fault the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Every single one of the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly (always a hello or a wave) they appreciate a tip but its not expected. Everyone was coming to say goodbye before we left. The rooms are basic but clean (could probably do with a refurb but its only a bed and a shower we wanted really) there was always plenty of choice with the food, I'm veggie and found something (just remember you are not in UK). The animation team have lots of activities and their dancing and energy is brilliant. Lots of choice for drinks, beer and white wine is good. Beer comes in smaller glasses so if you want bigger, take your own pint glass they will happily fill it up for you (same with water bottle). Pool was huge (quite cold but once in, it was lovely) plenty of sunbeds available. There is also a shop on site where you can get some crisps, a few souvenirs, cigarettes etc.. takes card but cash preferable. You can swap your money at the cashiers desk in the lobby, change a small amount at a time (£40 amounted to 158 DT) we were using 10DT for tips here and there. There is a cash machine in the lobby but it does break down so don't rely on it. There are people on site selling things too which we were unprepared for although we did buy There's a guy selling boat trips, jewellery (husband bought me a gorgeous necklace and matching rings with our names in Arabic) professional photos which were awesome and the guy is super lovely so look him up. All in all. I wouldn't hesitate to book at this hotel again.

It’s first time i come here to this hotel “ el mouradi palam marina “ i come here with my friend really i like every thing here , food is very delicious, weathers great, rooms its very cleaning, pool good , i like soo much animation team they are the best thing in this hotel , i like the show❤️❤️❤️❤️

1* DO NOT STAY HERE. I am not one to normally complain or write a bad review. However this one deserves one and to inform other people looking. I do not know how this hotel still claims to be 5*, maybe 30 years ago. I would say 3* at the very best (that's being generous). We got married the week before coming here, so we just wanted a quick getaway in the sun to chill out. Our proper honeymoon is arranged for Feb 2025. On arrival at the hotel we were given our room key, room 102. We were not told about any facitilies, what time breakfast was, or anything. We were shown to a staircase where he just pointed and said " your room is down there". The room was downstairs, as soon as we entered the corridor you could smell damp, the room was still dirty from the previous people, bed was unmade rubbish and receipts still left on table from the old guests, time stamp on one receipt was 5 hours before we arrived. The room had no Wi-Fi the TV was dated back to 1990. Toilet paper still in the toilet. Stains on the bed. (See attached photos).We lasted all of 2 minutes in this room before returning to reception and asking for another room... we mentioned that we just got married and was hoping for a nicer room. The receptionist said they were full and couldn't move us, we were about to walk out and stay next door in the Ibereostar hotel, before the receptionist called us back and handed us room key 310. This was was "slightly better" no smell of damp, Wi-Fi actually worked and the room was relatively clean. The smoke detector in the room was missing, there was light bulbs not working, button on shower missing, rotten TV cupboard doors, mould in shower. (See attached photos). The aircon in the room does not ever reach set temperature. Could not get room cooler than 20'C. We did also complain about this room and that there was a compromise to our safety regarding the smoke detector. This fell on deaf ears at reception. On our booking it stated a double room, we got 2 x single beds pushed together. This was the case in both room 102 & 310. The following day we bumped into a couple of people who were also on our flight and they had very similar issues regarding their room and had to also be moved. The buffet food is very average, as much as we loved the kittens hanging around the reception area, we found them on numerous occasions wondering around the buffet restaurant. Not very hygienic. There is only 2 Al la carte restaurants in this hotel, and you can only book in them once. We booked the Italian, we had to pick our food 5 days in advance (chicken beef or fish) this was all we got told. However when we did go it was very good. Communication again from staff was very poor. The staff at reception are not very welcoming, however a big thank you to the bar staff at the pool & downstairs below the reception. Who were non stop in keeping us topped up. The pool showers never worked the whole time we were there. The sunbeds by the pool are just about staying to

Our first time visiting Palm Marina Hotel❤️ it is wonderful. It is one of the best hotels in terms of food, with a wonderful Anmaison ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️♥️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very nice , quality in the limits of possibilities and a proactive attitude of staff. Also beach with nice white sand , many pools and places to refill , food in main restaurant is very good and a huge variete ... Also a lot of tradițional tunisian meals.

I stay at the exceptional El Mouradi Palm Marina in Tunisia, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel's private beach was pristine, with clear waters and plenty of loungers. The cheerful animators made our stay even more enjoyable, organising fun activities and lively evening entertainment. The dining options were outstanding, with delicious local and international dishes. The hotel also boasted excellent facilities, including a luxurious spa and big swimming pool. Overall, El Mouradi Palm Marina satisfactory our expectations with its impeccable service and vibrant atmosphere.

Its a second time i come to hotel palam marina , i love it so much , i like everything in this hotel , staff they are very friendly, animation team its the best , they have a lot of activities, i like very much yoga in the morning sometimes i do it in the beach, sometimes i do yoga in the garden,its my favourite hotel ❤️❤️❤️
