Vi var gäster på Hotel EL Mouradi. Idag kom vi hem efter en veckas vistelse. Vi är mycket nöjda med hotellets personal, som var mycket trevlig, vänlig och hjälpsam. Varierade och välsmakande måltider. Min son blev kär i läckra och färgglada desserter. Och nu det viktigaste! Vi vill tacka alla animatörer från djupet av våra hjärtan! De anordnade olika aktiviteter varje dag och på kvällarna var det dansfester och diverse andra attraktioner. Yoga och vattengym med animatören Achraf var fantastiskt!!! Jag kommer att sakna dessa klasser. Achraf, Ilyes, Jawhar, Wael, Ahmed, Salim, Tayssir, Dorra, Mayssa och Drien, tack för er vänlighet, för att ni har roligt tillsammans, för ert enorma hjärta, för er omsorg, för glädjen ni delade med oss!!! Horrendous hotel from start to finish ,absolutely filthy ,completely run down .and segregated, yes you heard me right, big side of restaurant for tunisian and Arabic people and smaller side for European guests, ,food Horrendous, all fat and last night there my beef was green , would not rate even as one star .be warned do not go there.customer service shocking .was summoned down to receptionon day 5 to be told u should be left room ,4 times door was knocked on after that ,for same issue ,no apologies no nothing need to seriously rethink safety and cleanliness and horrendous food hygiene,

Hello everyone. Unfortunately my holiday is ruined. We would give this place one star. The service is terrible, the staff does not know English, they do not know how to behave with people, the room is dirty, the food is disgusting, there are a lot of Arabs. There are two huge queues for food in the dining rooms. in the dining room where Arabs eat there is a larger selection of food. The smell is terrible, water flows in the toilet all day long. The bar is just terrible at three o’clock in the afternoon they have no beer, and the cocktails are whiskey-cola or vodka-sprite. We have never seen a dirtier place in our lives .

I have had the worst experience ever at this hotel! No cleaning service until I begged them make my room and when they make it it’s a disaster! My husband is a diabetic we asked for a mini fridge for the insuline they didn’t afford it even when we kept asking for 4 days! We asked for a headmanager no one came but when my husband took one cake in case of a hypoglycemia oh yes the head manager showed up to make fun of us and return the cake! Here we complained about the fridge hhhh nothing happened !! This hotel is not a 4stars one at all you are the most horrible one

Just to add to my previous comment about the hotel, No internet in the rooms only at reception ! We went all exclusive, hotel very dirty and needs updating, ants everywhere. They still have old box TV which they put us in on the room first day, bathroom chrome all rusted. Some of the food not edible, drinks very limited. The hotel Hammam avoid not worth the money better going elsewhere. Not 4 STAR it's 3 star max. Love Holidays you need to check hotel out and rate it you self !

My theory was, people only come on Tripadvisor to review if they’ve had a bad experience. Surely there are lots of people who don’t leave a review because it’s good and they’ve no complaints. There are always a few bad rooms in a hotel, and obviously we’d get moved if we got one of them. NEVER AGAIN will I think like this, if I read bad reviews I’m not booking it! THIS HOTEL …. ACTUALLY it’s not a hotel, it’s a club, which I’m told locally means a place for groups…. THIS IS A HOSTEL…. It is the dirtiest place I have ever stayed, we unfortunately had to stay one night. After refusing to move out of the reception with our bags fully packed, the hotel eventually moved us next door to the El Mouradi Port El Kantaoui. This was cleaner, or at least our room was, but still awful AND WE HAD TO EAT OUT EVERY NIGHT. The Hard Rock Cafe next door was full of people from this hotel. The entire Mouradi group of hotels on this ***** of beach are all way lower than the given stars. We spoke to someone staying in the 5 star one who showed us photos of his bathroom and it was the same tiles full of mold and ants in the hallway carpet. STAY AWAY, DO NOT GO HERE. This hotel and all in the group needs to be closed for a year and refurbished, then they should rightly so put up their prices and stand proud of this prime spot of beach.

Terrible hotel could not eat the food ended up eating out. Snacks no existent huge que to be told no more left. Room was dirty cigarette ash dirty nappies dirty bed sheets dirty towels bathroom filthy took ages to get it sorted. Check in took hours very poor customer service had to wait ages to pay tourist tax as only 1 card machine. Staff very rude don’t seem to like British people. Do not risk a visit to this hotel we so wished we had listened to the reviews but took a gamble and lost as all poor reviews are true Stay clear

Block 505-508. I was in between these rooms. Very poor run services. Check in veeery slow. Got keys late. No information about about how to get around the hotel. I was given a key with no instruction as how to find my room. I had to ask and they organised for someone to take us to our room. No information about how to call the reception should you need help in the room. No towels in the room, had to ask everyday somedays they would bring somedays they ignored my request. Minimum towel I could get was 2 whilst we were 3 people. Bathrooms very dirty and I don't think they were cleaned. Restaurant.... the hotel hosts bad mannered people. People licking food, didn't know how to wait on the que, and touching food with bare hands. Fighting for plates like school children. Arguing and nearly fighting (some hotel staff and tourists included). Some hotel staff gave bad attitudes as though not interested. Very dirty plates not cleaned properly. My son refused to eat, ended up eating out. Beach, Pool very nice. Entertainment very good. However, we were forced by the entertainment team to review and give 5 star, we refused as we knew it wouldn't reflect the true picture of our experience. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this hotel if going to Tunisia again. It's a dirty place and hosts bad mannered tourists.
