Soviva Resort - Families Only

The rooms old and also there ia no aircondition and freedge it is not good hotel and the food it is not good at all.. I lose my money The pool and game it is ok

Soviva Resort Port El Kantaoui Worst hotel I have stayed in Tunisia ********* Reception staff was great very helpful Our room was good after a night of no sleep they moved us to a different room This was the good thing Now for the bad Guests rude they where like wild animals especially when it came to food time was like feeding wild animals They take so much food and not eat half of it Had to queue for a long time to get food Which was not edible We eat out most nights Guests shouting at staff because was told can only have example I lady wanted more than 2 crepes The guests throw them back at the young girl making them see was cry poor girl She did explain you can have more but need to queue again The hotel needs to look at different ways to control the restaurant The service at the hotel was bad they only asked you if you wanted to to drink a few days before you go home which they probably think would get tips for this no service at restaurant no napkins or cutlery on table you had to find them yourself Hotel full of rude Algeria people I saw one woman use the large spoon that you serve the yogurt with put in her mouth then put back in the yogurt Told the staff but they didn’t care The animation staff was very friendly Also the pool man The pool was good but very busy felt like everyone was on top of each other like sardines The lift was broken for 3 days For a all inclusive you have to pay for a bottle of water You get one on your room Please save your money and choose a different hotel

I am in Hotel Sofia, my family and I. The place here is very beautiful, the room is beautiful and clean, the services are available, the food is delicious here, we enjoy the pool and the tobacco, the music is very good and thanks to the Anamsio group, especially Maryam 😘🥰

the holiday was perfect , specialy the team of animation , they are all pretty cool specialy the girl meriem🥰 ... they have a lot of activity , nd the service room is so clean ... i realy appreciate it nd i would like to thank them all for all the service

Not as expected, many of the advertised facilities either non existent or out of use. We didn’t expect it to be a resort aimed mainly at locals, which made it harder being from the UK. Upon arrival, we were greeted with staff who had very minimal English which made it very difficult especially when we were given forms to fill out which aren’t in English. We knew we had to pay tax but expected (as advertised) an ATM on site. This wasn’t the case and when I tried to change currency they wouldn’t accept Scottish notes. I was then ignored when asking where to find an ATM - I ended up taking myself onto the streets and asked until I found one. Room was alright, run down but had space for us all. Sheets changed everyday. Toilet facilities were difficult, we weren’t expecting no toilet paper - not something we are not used to. Food, the reviews of food looked great (not sure where the kids buffet was) - it possibly was great for locals, we found it difficult to eat. We didn’t go hungry but lacked enthusiasm at meal times. Staff - mixed reviews, some were lovely (especially the restaurant servers in the European area), others not so friendly. Animation team do a great job, although very insistent. Drinks, very limited. Pool, this was the highlight of the week - it was a lovely temperature, enjoyed the slides and a nice depth. Sunbeds, enjoyed that we didn’t have to rush for beds. Although by 10am they are limited.

The hotel was okay, My room was clean and spacious, However it was a bit far from the hotel lobby and the pool. The food was disappointing to say the least, The menu is repetitive, Tasteless so i ended up skipping most meals, The restaurant was super crowded where you will have to wait for a while to get a disappointing portion of food and terrible taste, I have mixed feelings about the restaurant staff, Some are nice and others are not very welcoming. The pool was decent, Not deep enough but i can understand why and i enjoyed it. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, and the animations team, They were all nice and friendly, I enjoyed spending time with them. Shout out to Meriam, Djo, Nina lhnina and rabib, You guys were great!
