В отеле классный персонал, очень отзывчивый. Понравилась еда, свежевыжатые соки. Раннее заселение обеспечили (на пару часов раньше). Единственное, просили комплимент на день рождения заранее, он не был предоставлен. Еще не попали на массаж, т.к. всё было расписано на 2 дня вперед, учитывайте это при бронировании. В целом в отеле всё чисто, приятно, красиво! Нам очень понравилось.

We arrived here late on Easter Saturday. Check in was quick and easy , we changed a little bit of money then we were taken to our room. First impressions... Ok. Opened the curtains and we'd not got a balcony ( which we had paid for). So we didn't unpack our case and my husband went down to the reception next morning to see about moving. It was their mistake and changed the room for us. We had to wait a couple of hours till the room was ready. This was much better a lot bigger and with a balcony. You got a kettle , tea, coffee sugar in your room and a little mini fridge. Plenty of hot water and the loo was separate from the shower and sink. The rooms if I'm honest are looking a bit tired. Some of the DIY was a bit suspect . Food was good at this hotel. Plenty to choose from , you really shouldn't go hungry here. You can sit anywhere you want for breakfast and lunch but for your evening meal you had a table number and that was yours for the stay. The drinks on the other hand weren't the best if I'm honest. My husband said the beer was ok and I stuck to the wine in the end. You could have bottled water on request too Our waiter was lovely very friendly, as we're all the staff at this hotel. Our maid was lovely too. Free pool/beach towels. Plenty of space round the pool even later in the morning, but we preferred the beach. Don't know about the entertainment at night as we never went to it. We we're only here for 5 nights and had a really nice time but if I'm honest I don't think I would stay here again.

Due to the time of year we stayed, the weather was changeable, there was a spectacular thunderstorm one night which I spent a couple hours on the balcony watching. The hotel is beautiful inside Rooms -The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Food - plenty to choose from. I highly recommend trying from the Tunisian Corner for some authentic cuisine, I think my favourite foods came from there. Point to note for a first time visit, for evening meals you can't just choose a table. You're given a wee card with your time slot on it, which you give to a waiter who will allocate you a table. That is your table at that time for the rest of your stay. Breakfast and lunch however, watch for a waiter to call you over as you walk in. Outside- The pools were cold but again this is due to time of year and once you get in it's fine! There's beautiful palm trees lining the paths Location - It's a beachfront location which was lovely to walk along. The only real issue being all the people trying to sell fruit etc every so often and not always taking no for an answer. Staff - all the staff we encountered were so friendly and happy to be of service. As mentioned, there were a couple of days where the weather was not great, the staff did their best to keep everyone happy. Cats - if you're a cat lover, this is heaven! There's some hotel cats and also if you go to the harbour there's soooo many more! I would happily go back, and hope to some time in the future.

The hotel was AMAZING the people were lovely. Oemayma was one of the staff and she made sure we had a great time. The food was amazing and the entertainment team were also amazing with different acticities for old and children. I would defenitely go there again.
