There are extra trash bags located under the kitchen sink. PLEASE TIE trash bags closed PRIOR to placing in the outside cart. Loose food remnants and liquids in the cart will attract rodents, bees, flies, and maggots, not to mention - smell very badly if pickup doesn't come for a few days.= The smaller wheeled cart is marked for RECYCLE ONLY. The City of Akron requires that boxes be flattened and bottles/containers emptied. Used food containers must have all food remnants removed. Please DO NOT put regular household trash into the recycle bin or place any items inside other bags. Acceptable items as defined by the City are identified on the label located on the lid of the recycle bin.In addition to moving carts to/from the curb for weekly trash service, we may stop at the property to perform minor but necessary exterior maintenance, such as lawn mowing, snow removal, or other tasks.
