I came in August 2024 at Royal Segnus Hotel. Everything its perfect! Different activities to do, clean room and very comfy Very nice staff and very polite! I highly recommend to visit! Its in very good location and you have things to do even in night or day!

All things are so perfect for a holiday, so much pools and so much activity to do in the hotel and the room its so big and so beautiful and very clean, i recommend it for everyone who has family or are just a couple its so perfect and very beautiful

The royal Seginus has been amazing. We have been on holiday with our young family (age 5 & 7) and there has always been something to entertain them or space for them to chill. The staff have been fabulous special shout out to the aqua team who were incredible everyday making sure all children were safe on the slides. The entertainment team work so hard and make sure everyone is happy. Our children loved mini club (jasmine thank you for your hard work and smiles) lobby bar staff so helpful. The hotel is clean, fun and friendly what more could anyone ask for.

This is our third time staying at this luxury all inclusive hotel. This hotel may have opened in 2017, the management team at this hotel have kept it immaculate so for us as a family with allergies we feel at home here. We are really pleased that the hotel has opened up a 12+ breakfast and dining area located at the rear of the lobby area, the ambience is lovely and has a calm dining experience. Although we have our own teenage daughter so know the highs and lows of having a young child with you on holiday, the 12+ plus dining area provides a relaxed dining experience with lovely background music . The staff turnover at this hotel is very low as I have lost track of how many of them remember us from last year and then go on to say welcome back. The visibility on the management around the hotel ensuring well kept standards is good and are very approachable for queries and questions. The food choices are amazing each day and I particularly like the selection of fresh fruits. The only negative thing is that I have a nut allergy and have to carry around an epi pen so the the sweet treat deserts are off the menu for me as they are laced with nuts. For those with a nut allergy be aware as there is no labelling to highlight this. We are currently planning to return to this hotel later this year or around the same time next year.

everything was extra special.The room was so special and clean,food was excellent and the stuff were kind and always helpful guldane was at her position always when someone had some problems.The pool and the beach were awesome also every night had show time and my kids loved that show.Definitely recommended to everyone

Upon arrival early hours we were greeted by a friendly team that allowed us time to eat, and they brought our bags to our room with all information to help us. The hotel is incredible, and caters for everyone. We found everyone very friendly and all very helpful, the staff could do enough for us as a family. The highlight of our holiday was the Entertainment Team, especially Fatih, Alex, Arif, Halil, Lillia & Ramazan. They were an asset to the hotel and kept everyone entertained, from Football, Water polo, darts pool games, djing, bingo and they made our holiday as good as it could have been, so thankyou to them. The cleaners were fab and very friendly, every morning working so very hard, and the waiters around the pool, especially Yusu (I think that's how it's spelt) ☆☆☆☆☆ would definitely return

We are staying here already 3rd time. The hotel is good, nice but service is at a very poor and low level. Reception is interrupting you every time, they don't listen and say in your face that you rude and not adequate. Very strange. Perhaps it is ok for Stone Group but definitely not OK for me

Fabulous family friendly hotel we loved our stay here can’t wait to come back again, the food and drinks amazing something for everyone room was lovely and kept so clean by the cleaning staff everyday! Mini fridge stocked daily which was ideal after hard day round pool lol Staff where so friendly and remembered you and said hello even tho it’s massive hotel, entertainment teams where brill kids and adult ones we saw some amazing shows in evening while enjoying a fabulous cocktail The food was delicious we especially enjoyed our meals in steak restaurant and Mexican and the lovely waiter there was brill with kids and us so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the restaurants where definitely worth surcharge my hubby was in heaven with his steak best he’s ever had and there is plenty of snack bars to choose from. My kids loved the slides and pools we couldn’t get them out lol We had such good time we can’t wait to go again next year my only advice would be to take euros instead of lira easier conversion and they seem to prefer it!
