Advertised that season starts 1st April and everything is open from them but clearly isn't, we arrived last night and the water park hasn't been open today, the fairs not been open but the one in the hotel opposite ours is so can't be weather conditions, the a la carte restaurants aren't open so only the main restaurant to dine in on an evening, the kids splash pool is open but slides are dry and nearly caused an accident today as my son got stuck on the yellow slide, the amphitheatre isn't open so the entertainment advertised is none existent the kids disco was in the main hotel bar and lasted 25 mins then was a 35 minute wait until the 'dance show' which was totally unimpressive and my son got bored quickly nothing like the acrobatic shows advertised. The pier isn't even build yet, the footings are in the sea but all the planks are piled up on the beach so another thing advertised but not available to guests Spoke to other English guests who've been here longer and they say it's been the same for the whole time they've been here, some were going home tomorrow and couldn't wait to leave. The hotel is beautiful but without the advertised entertainment and attractions I 100% would not have booked and would of gone somewhere else I feel we'd of been more entertained in Butlins for more than half the price. Writing this review while still on resort in the hope the hotel management sees this and fixes things quickly as I booked for my 40th birthday as a special holiday and it's not at all what I expected. Will walk around and take more pics of the closed attractions tomorrow and upload them but I'll upload the pics of the fair this evening and then another pic of the fair in the neighbouring hotel

We stayed at this hotel in April — two adults and a teenager with autism. It’s a beautiful hotel with a spacious room that included its own steam cabin and a walk-in closet. Thanks to the steam cabin, we didn’t even need to visit the spa or the Turkish hammam — all the comforts were right in our room. Complimentary bath mitts were provided. The food at the hotel was absolutely excellent: delicious, varied and with a different theme each day. There was a huge selection of dishes and the high quality of the ingredients was immediately noticeable. The selection of sweets and fruits was impressive — baklava, cakes, churros, honeycomb, ice cream. Fruits such as strawberries, kiwis, watermelons and more. Special thanks to the staff for their attentiveness and care. From the aquapark to the mini-disco, the team showed kindness and support to our autistic teenager, always helping and guiding him if he felt unsure or lost. Every evening we visited the complimentary patisserie, enjoying Turkish tea with cakes and sandwiches. Throughout the day by the pool, we treated ourselves to pancakes, waffles, doner kebabs, ice cream, and fresh fruits. This hotel left us with the warmest memories. We will definitely come back again!

so food is very delicious the room is clean and the servers is excellent.😍😍😍 Guest relation very helpfull..................... Animasyon is can be better...................... All is good we are like all department thank you..............

not fully open ,which was a little disappointing partly due to the weather Alex from the entertainment team introduced himself and kept us interested with his optimism and enthusiasm it turned into a very enjoyable time Alex is a credit to the company

I’d like to start this by saying the animation team are a great bunch of people. Enjoyed playing the darts. The rest of the hotel is awful, read another comment on here saying that they’re still in this hotel as am I. The reception staff are awful, they keep on repeating the weather is the issue for things being closed even though it’s cracking the flags. Indoor kids restaurant closed due to ‘weather’. Keep on being referred to the ‘manager’ who I don’t believe exists. Slides close early. Fair ground not open of an evening. Air con only works on one floor due to it being winter. Nothing is mentioned on their website about closures. But weirdly anything that’s chargeable is weatherproof, wind only affects the activities that are included in the all inclusive. Stayed at many hotels in Lara and this is by far the worst. Staff are rude, reception staff can speak English until they don’t like your questions, hotel relations are truly awful and the ‘manager’ must have the best job in the world because they’re never in. Again as another review said, I’m still here so no generic comment please from the ‘management’, do me the favor and turn up tomorrow morning for our 9am ‘meeting’.
