Saturn Palace Resort

We are on the last night of our 11 night stay at Saturn Palace. We are really disappointed to be leaving tomorrow and have already been looking at dates to return later in the year. From beginning to end we have had a fun, relaxing, stress free family holiday. As previous reviews state its the staff who make this place special. Whatever the management are doing to keep their team happy and motivated please keep doing so as I have never been to a hotel where every person working genuinely seems to want to help in whatever way they can. We arrived late and had a problem with our room key which was fixed really quickly by the man showing us to our room. We booked a VIP whirlpool terrace room which was immaculately cleaned and restocked every day by the friendly and hard working housekeeper. We had such beautiful views over the pool and the sea and it was a luxury to have a whirlpool bath on our terrace with a drink at the end of a hard day sun bathing! We felt it was worth paying the extra. We really enjoyed the food here with so many different foods at the main restaurant and the kiosks around the hotel. We aren't very adventurous foodies but there were plenty of meats, kebabs, casseroles, curry, pasta, chips, nuggets, burgers etc and there always seemed to be vegetarian options and fish dishes too. The desserts are the best we've experienced on an all inclusive and they don't use the clear jelly stuff on all of the cakes like we've always experienced in Turkish hotels before. They have ice cream throughout the day and in the main restaurant for dinner. Drinks are also great, beer from the bar is Tuborg and there are cans of Efes in the mini fridge. There is a large selection of cocktails, wine, soft and hot drinks etc and I really enjoyed the ice coffee (with a baileys thrown in after 2ish). The pools are large with plenty of sunbeds, despite whatever time we ventured down we could find several poolside together. Towel exchange is quick and easy from the spa next to the indoor pool which we used a few days early on during our stay as the outdoor pools were very cold, but we could see maintenance staff monitoring the temperature and it was heated slightly making it a little more enjoyable. The pool bar staff work so hard bringing drinks to your sunbed throughout the day. There are also snacks like pizza, burgers, cakes, ice creams coming round the poolside which was a lovely touch. Also the Customer Relations team come round most days to catch up and see how everything is going and if there are any problems, and from what I heard they sort problems very quickly. The only issue we had was the air conditioning unit is controlled centrally and due to the time of year was only on fan mode which was bearable, however that was switched off a few nights as some guests felt the hotel was cold. Staff were amazing, great facilities. We were given a room upgrade free of charge which added to our experience. Would definitely recommend to others. I would note that food options are somewhat limited in the morning and that a number of guests were smoking in communal areas which was meant my pregnant wife and I had to move seats on a few occasions. Great value for money all in though. Dinner choice was excellent

Visited with my partner and our one year old in April and could not fault the hotel, multiple pools with plenty sun loungers and things to do for little ones including a play park. Multiple bars on site, snack bars and the food was incredible. We ate in the buffet every night and never got bored of it there was so much choice there was always something different. The entertainment was fantastic, the team always kept a great atmosphere around the pool and during the evenings. Could not fault a single staff member at the hotel, each one was so willing to help, polite and couldn't do enough to help. We had a VIP Terrace Whirpool Room and couldn't fault it, we had an issue with our electrics on the first night which was sorted immediately, plenty amenities in the room and always spotless. We ate in the a-la-carte one night and had Italian and it was the worst meal we had, we all said we wished we had gone to the buffet, food tasted batch cooked and not as fresh as the buffet. Will definitely be hoping to return in the future.

We have stayed in the Saturn Palace Resort all inclusive and from when we arrived to when we left our experience was amazing. It was our first time in Turkey and we will definitely be back and we will 100% stay again in this hotel when we do. From the front of house team, to the cleaner, bar staff, pool team, life guard, absolutely everyone was wanting to help and nothing was ever to much trouble. We where so surprised that no matter where we were they came round offering drink, you could go to the Patisserie room, coffee shop and help yourself to homemade coffee and cakes during the day. There are several different bars which everything is free as well as when you are by the sea they also had a bar there. The pools and waterside are brilliant and the life guard on the water park was truly amazing and made our daughters holiday with the way he got her to go on other slides and the way he helped all children and big kids like me.

Great hotel amazing food & drinks lovely staff clean room amazing Service I would definitely recommend this hotel the staff from guest relation they are asking everyday everything is fine ? Especially thx to hakan and all staff definitely we will come back

The candy (about Hakan) and the slides, the people are very nice . The people are nices and about the room I like the shower. It was a good holiday , the hotel is friendly and we went to a la cart restaurant , the meat is delices . You should definitely go if you want to go!
