To say the holiday has been anything short of a disaster is an understatement. Ive been staying at Ramada by Wyndham Antalya & for the last 3 days we have been subject to a bed bug infestation. We were moved rooms yesterday, 24 hours after notifying reception of the bed bugs. We spent our first night in the new room last night and again, same thing. I was up until 4.30am as I was being bitten by the bed bugs. Customer relations were initially helpful however I was told by the man at customer relations today "We have 600 rooms and noone has said anything about bed bugs" insinuating that the bed bugs were either imaginary or bought by me. As a result we have rebooked our flights to get out of this disaster on tomorrow afternoons flight. In addition to the above, when we arrived on Saturday we noticed the ac wasn't working. We contacted the front desk and was told that someone would be up shortly. Not surprisingly noone came, so the following morning I raised it at the front desk and was told by Nadia that the hotel doesn't have AC. Yesterday when I spoke to Ivy (Jet 2s rep) she took me over to the customer relations who advised that the ac is turned off during the winter season. We had heavy rainfall yesterday and there were leaks left right and centre within the building. There was puddles of water in the hallways with not 1 wet floor sign to be seen. According to your website there is AC at the hotel. Clearly not all year round.
