Everything excellent!!!! Keep it up!!!! Suggestion : Management should work on training of lower level staff as a very few of them were found to be rude and don't like to work(like few waiters and room cleaning staff) Overall Superb!!!

The hotel stay is ok, the staff was friendly, but unfortunately there are always some people who can't behave and don't show any consideration for others and keep the whole hotel awake at night with their screaming

Serhat and yunus restaurant service was excellent everything we asked for was done very professionally food was more than adequate for lunch time eating good variety of choice and the chocolate cake was amazing. The wet and wild park was so much fun the kids (and us adults had a really great time. Weather was 36 to 47 degrees all holiday and not a drop of rain, first time to this part of the world and very happy with our choice to come here

We stayed for 7 nights as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) at this hotel and overall had a good experience however there were some cons. Positives: - amazing food, there was always something different in each evening and a wide range of food such as bbq food, salmon, rice, pastries, soups etc. - we also really liked that there were lots of food options, and not just one main restaurant. The wet and wild park had lots of options which meant we could stay there instead of coming back to the main hotel to eat. Lots of lovely drinks also available. - clean hotel and easy to navigate. - rooms cleaned daily. - reception staff are welcoming and always happy to help. - they also have a late checkout lounge where you can shower and relax (if you need to stay at the hotel beyond checkout time which we did). Negative: - as others have said, unfortunately staff members can come across as rude. We found on multiple occasions staff serving us seemed like they didn’t want to be there and were quite frankly just rude. I accidentally dropped a bit of drink at the beach bar and the member of staff spoke rudely in Turkish (not difficult to tell from the tone of their voice what they’re saying) - we also had an issue with the kids club here, I found that the kids club staff were just way too relaxed and didn’t really help. My kids wanted to do craft activities which I asked for and each time the kids club ladies said “yes we will give it to you” and I along with my kids, sat waiting for 10-15 mins and no one gave us any craft… just awful. Second time round, I went to the club at 11am and asked when they will do face painting. They told me to come back at 4pm for this. I went back at 4 and they said they aren’t doing any face painting due to the family festival. My child cried a lot as he had waited all day for the face paint. Why wouldn’t you just tell me when I came in the morning? To think we pay so much money for a good holiday for our kids and this is how we are treated. - in the last 2 days of our stay, we were also served drinks at the beach bars that looked like the milk has curdled. When I challenged this the servers were acting like it’s my fault lol. I’m not going to give my child a drink with curdled milk when I’ve paid a ton of money to be at this hotel. Eventually I said just give me pineapple juice instead. We reported this to guest services but I never heard back from them. - as others have said, getting sunbeds is a nightmare here. We were usually always down to the wet and wild park by 9am but sunbeds would be reserved by the pool already (with no one actually using them). Just awful. At times we noticed people who had reserved the sunbeds didn’t arrive until 12-1pm. There needs to be a strict procedure here to allow everyone to enjoy the facilities instead of the same families taking sunbeds first thing in the morning and not even turning up! Amazing family holiday, we stayed in rooms 1749 & 1751, extremely clean. Food was amazing and we had 3 vegetarians in our party, all catered for brilliantly. Special mention to Serhat in the Lounge Restaurant. Aisha and the whole entertainment were brilliant. Highly recommend. Thank you Aska Lara. Xx

Just back from 8 days at Aska. 3kids age 16, 7, 5. Hotel was great, very clean and friendly staff. Pool area at hotel mad busy and needed to get towels down about 9am. We went to the water park everyday but it was an absolute faff getting the bus over to put your towels down and come back. If you want a good spot round the kids slides you need to do this around 8.30am. The bus to the water park is frequent and it's bout a 5 minute walk if you miss the bus. 2 are running most of the day. Entertainment is great. So much going on in the day and at night at the waterpark. The Pink Party there was soooo good! Like a family Ibiza pool party and we had a lot of fun! Hotel is really chilled at night. Cocktails at panorama bar there were mega. They had a band on one night there though that were terrible so we left that night! Defo specify you want absolute vodka because the other vodka is awful and the wine was not good! Shopping at the hotel is fab and in the adjacent bazaar. Do not go to the bar there though! They tried charging us nearly £70 for a round of drinks for 2 adults 3 kids as they tampered with the exchange rate thinking we wouldn't notice so have your wits about you! Food was good but the main restaurant is like a cattle market so we did all the a La carte which were off the scale good! Especially the Chinese albeit a bit spicy so take care ordering if you don't like spicy. Loved the steak a La carte with 500g steaks but I told guest services to put air con in as the heat was unbearable and not kind to staff! Italian was also lovely. Overall this hotel was too big for us as a family and there was a lot of travel to get from one place to another but the kids all had a fab time especially at wet and wild. I would recommend if you like loud and busy and have kids of any age that need to be busy. Not for quiet couples! Shout out to the best staff Ismail bar man at wet and wild, Mehmet, Oktay, Zeyneb, Gozde who were all fab and very smiley.

Positive The lobby was nice, the food was of a good standard and variety and generally the hotel was clean and tidy. Not so positive The main pool area is a ten minute walk or a bus journey away and it’s sunbed wars at 7am or you’re doomed. The volume of guests means dinner time is chaos and not relaxing at all. 6 separate occasions I ordered a JD and coke and was given a cheap whisky, it can’t be a mistake that often. In summary if you’re looking to relax in any capacity don’t go here.
