We visited at the beginning of October, but this hotel was disappointing, unlike other hotels in this chain. This was our 6th visit to a Delphin hotel. First, upon arrival, there were misunderstandings about the room, after asking for two rooms to be next to each other, they started talking about the surcharge, which amounted to 1000€ for two families. We didn't agree, we got standard rooms. My family consists of four persons: me, my husband, my daughter, 14 years old, and my son, 7 years old. They are trying to accommodate us in a room with a double bed and one single bed and a two-seater armchair in which they offered to put a 1.46 cm boy. There was no mention of any delivered bed, but it wouldn't even fit there. Well, we solved this situation ourselves, because the other family that went together was two, so one child could sleep with them. When we started talking with our travel organizer, we found out that it was the hotel that decided to help us, not us. The false position of the hotel disappointed us. Next it was even nicer... Because I wanted to celebrate my 40th birthday with my closest people and the hotel was informed about the birthday package, but it doesn't change anything. It's not even worth reporting to them because it doesn't change anything. After making a reservation a la carte, they decorated the table festively, but before ordering they said it was a birthday dinner. A small cake and three macaron's cookies were left in the room. That's all you can expect and no more. Although in other hotels, I received a massage as a gift and the staff sang happy birthday and brought a cake with a candle (this kind of attention was very nice). And this hotel does not have that. Although the service staff are helpful and friendly, there was a situation in the main restaurant during dinner with one rude employee. Since we were with elderly people who do not speak English, let alone German, and can only communicate in Russian and our native language, we were humiliated because they tried to speak in Russian and were ignored, and ignored and walked away to German citizens who had bracelets of a different color than ours. But that worker speaks fluent English, German, Russian and knows his native Turkish, he was older than most of the young people who at least made some effort to understand and help. This employee further damaged the reputation of the hotel in my eyes. Then the rooms: they are cleaned every day and something is unfolded, there are no complaints about that, but in 11 days they never refilled the hair conditioner and body lotion, there was another time when they didn't refill the refrigerator even with water. Therefore, I will no longer choose the Diva hotel of the Delphin network and I will not recommend the Diva hotel to anyone. I could go on...
