It was one of the best locations for a resort, the view was truly amazing! the cleanliness is ok, the food was amazingly delicious too, we ordered from room service we really love the lamb chops and the shrimp biryani, even in the pool bar the food was served fresh and appetising, not to mention the breakfast was absolutely devine the breads were freshly baked. there were many things we wanted to comment was about the services its taking too long to order and the order to arrive. we also noticed that some of the facilities were idle and abandoned. it is quite sad to see that this hotel is beautiful yet so much left behind. We can even imagine the breeze during winter, althou this hotel is currently operating, it was very noticeable too that there were under staff. I have to praise all the staffs that we encountered from the luggage area to reception to the gym and the breakfast staffs, also the housekeeping were very polite and attentive, despite of all the challenges. I hope that the management would see the greatest potential of this hotel, lies to the staffs who are very willing to serve, they just need more motivation and incentives indeed. All the best! cant wait to experience it again on winter.

Below average, old hotel, very crowded, the bath room in the lobby wasn’t clean

Was fantastic holiday with friends. Rooms were ready early. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was very nice on the balcony. Drinks were fresh juices and refreshing. Always stay here on my travels to Al AIn. A great peaceful place

It was good being a repeat client for the hotel, however the place meeds to revamp, the Golf carpet was torn - no towels were available at the pool, we had to wait for 1 hour The location and size is really great, of the facilities can be renovated we are definitely coming back

Totally worth the price for Vacation, and I'll suggest to every resident in UAE or visitors visiting UAE to atleast stay one night at this hotel

Location was good but customer service wasn’t great. And the Room furniture was very old. There’s no valet also

Our stay in this hotel is great. We loved the amazing view of the mountains and we enjoyed the pool area.

Excellent accomodation right at the top of a must see attraction, Jabel Hafeet hill in the outskirts of Al Ain. Very friendly, polite and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms. Liked the heated outdoor swimming pool.
