Carpet was stain, found hair in bathroom, room was dusty. Order orange juice got delivered in night. Ordered omlet at brekfast but did not delivered for me. My husband got. Food & bevergae did not come to assist us. Waited for seat but finaly we have to find seat. Breakfast time also seats were not available have to wait. Not worth it. Horrible stay.

Nice Resort in Fujairah however the service’s doesn’t look like an Address hotel compared to Dubai hotels. We also had a very bad experience with the housekeeper when they opened the wardrobe win our absence and we found out only when 1 item was misplaced. Totally unacceptable…

The hotel is very clean and the service is very good. However it does not have too many facilities except restaurants. Food was good.

房間乾淨整潔，環境不錯，有三個泳池，獨立沙灘，但是沙灘是黑泥沙灘，不是黃金沙灘。 坑爹的是，都已經辦完入住了，還要進來打掃，説是second clean，那時候正在泡澡呢，咔咔就要開門進來打掃了，真是不懂

L’hôtel est très bien situé, la plage est magnifique Le personnel très accueillant et au prtit soins. Les chambres spacieuses. Hôtel neuf moins d’un an. La salle de sport ouverte 24/24 Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien garni Si vous n’aimez pas trop la foule et vous voulez passer un moment tranquille pas loin de dubai ceci est l’endroit ideal Je le recommande mon sejour c’est très bien passé au top

這是我們第二次來這個酒店，硬件沒得説，服務也不差，算是富集拉No.1的酒店。早餐沒有剛開業時豐盛了，整體不錯適合親子度假⛱️
