Turtle Beach Resort

This is my nth visit to Turtle Beach Resort, and I am still captivated by its charm. It’s always a wonderful getaway, from the stunning sunset to the sunrise the next day. The hospitality from the hotel staff, along with the excellent pool and beach facilities, and delicious food, make for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this resort for solo travelers looking to unwind, honeymooners, and families on vacation. It truly is the perfect destination for everyone.

Turtle Beach Resort is an absolutely stunning place. We have enjoyed many weekend getaways and serene evenings there with family and as a couple. Waking up each morning to the relaxing sound of the ocean waves and birds, ending each day sat on our balcony looking out on the horizon to another glorious sunset. This place is special to us for many wonderful reasons and we decided to have our dream wedding here. Both , the location and the staff were spectacular. The location, decor, food, planning and full days event was handled with great care and attention. We want to thank Luz Fastonilla who spent weeks coordinating and planning the details and the entire event us, her attention to detail and her commitment ensured that the whole event was seem less. Her team worked tirelessly to put together a memorable experience for us and each of our guests. We want to extend our appreciation to the Front Office staff: MJ, Maryam, Blessed and Sofian . They worked around the clock welcoming our guests and helping them get comfortable with their rooms. A special thank you to chef Jayan and his team for incorporating all our requests and putting together a delicious spread from the pre wedding evenings dinner, wedding lunch buffet, evening toast & drinks to the reception dinner. We had guests arriving from different parts of the world , each of them felt warmly welcomed and left with wonderful memories.

I went to Turtle Beach Resort and had the chance to experience their excellent service. From the moment we arrived, their bellboy was already waiting to assist us with our luggage, ensuring that we wouldn’t have any trouble carrying our things. When we reached the reception, the staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk to. While waiting at the reception area, I immediately noticed how clean and fragrant the surroundings were. When we finally got to our room, I was amazed! The room was beautiful, super clean, and all the amenities were well-organized. During dinner at their restaurant, the food was delicious—everything was fresh. The waiters were also very friendly and accommodating. Later that night, we hung out outside our room, chatting until 4 AM. Surprisingly, we weren’t bothered by mosquitoes because the surroundings were well-maintained. The next morning, we had breakfast, and just like dinner, the food was excellent. The same waiters and waitresses served us with the same warm and friendly attitude. Some of my companions went swimming, and I noticed how clean both the pool and the nearby beach were. It was truly a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Turtle Beach Resort. Thank you for the excellent service! We were able to relax, and we will definitely come back.
