What a great holiday! From the moment our taxi arrived at Sumahan, we were made to feel VERY welcome! The staff couldn’t have been better. So very attentive but not overbearing - a hard balance to strike I find. The hotel was exceptionally clean and it was oh so peaceful. You drive down the dusty road with not much in sight, then out of nowhere turn into a pocket of greenery, in a beautiful oasis and garden setting. The views of the Atlas Mountains on a clear day are incredible - breakfast outside with that view was lovely. Great intimate dinner setting too with a roaring fire. The hotel was so quiet too - you heard nothing but the birds chirping in the morning which was relaxing. The cleaning staff were also great - the room was always cleaned by the time we got back from breakfast. Oh, and the breakfast! It was huge! Delicious. The tagine was delicious too. The massage was amazing too! Just loved the whole experience of the hotel and Morocco. Thank you!!

We had the best time! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and safe! Staff are fantastic, food is delicious and the hotel is in an amazing location. Perfect for some winter sun. 20minute drive into Marrakech and 20minute drive to the dessert!!

Lovely place outside Marrakesh if you are looking for peace, quiet place with great sunsets. I am quite a foodie and I was very happy with choices of food. All staff are super friendly and very attentive. Rooms are very spacious and clean. You can contact the hotel to pre-book your taxi to/from the airport as you will get a better rate (250-300dr).

Everything about this hotel was perfect, starting from the moment I checked in and all the way throughout my stay. I have been to Morocco quite frequently but not once have I stayed in a hotel as beautiful as this. The veiws were so tranquil and peaceful which really allowed me to relax during my holiday. The hotel is set back from infrastructure and about a 25 minute drive from the centre of Marrakesh making it the best place to become one with nature and to simply relax and take a break from the busy city life. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced, no matter how small a problem that could arise, everything and everyone is taken care of. The rooms are very large like suites and are kept to high standard, The spa, massage and pool areas are phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully more sooner than I have planned because this hotel is phenomenal and I highly recommend it to all
