Al Hamra Residence recensioner

The hotel looking good, but the room was old style. The service was poor. I have charged twice from trip.com and the hotel as well.

The biggest thing is the smell of sewage in the room. It was unbearable. The last night I had to literally use oils I had to try and not smell it. The noise levels the night before from a party was not fun. The room itself is roomy and super basic. It was quite clean and that I appreciated. The smell though again, unbearable. The smell seemed to permeate much of the hotel. Breakfast was super mediocre. The smell of fried food in there was quite gross and stuck with you. I avoided breakfast the last 2 mornings bc it just wasn’t worth it. Sorry! The beach and pool area were nice though and it was in a great location close to lots of things.

We had dinner in the restaurant was very bad... Service in pool bar not acceptable at all (called 4 time to bring the order) Room AC not cooling good

1.pool and beach access timing is very less ..7 o’clock both will close . 2.Restaurants respond is very bad.they not attend the calls even if you try to order something . Better go for talabat for food they will deliver to door step . 3.front office to Quick responsible or not even attend the call same very bad experience hose keeping staff also . Especially with family it lot of trouble I faced personally

When we checked into our room, the AC was not working. I called the front desk & they sent a technician. The room was very hot & technician took 1 hr but couldn't do anything. After 1 hour they shifted me to 2nd room. This room was relatively cooler but AC was partially working. During the night it stopped working completely & I was sweeting whole night in the bed. I called them next morning for the AC problem, they said they will provide upgraded room but that never happened & I faced the same problem the following nigt.

Excellent location with a good price but it’s a bit old hotel.

Расположение в целом не плохое, но напротив стройка и по утрам на пляж иногда выносит мусор. Номер с кухней, но без кухонных принадлежностей, столько везде мы останавливались - ну бывало что чего то не хватает, но чтобы вообще ничего... и персонал считает, что это нормально - вы просили кухню - вот вам плита, вот микроволновка, холодильник, а посуда? какая посуда?... вобщем с удивленным видом делают вид, что не понимают о чем вы... На пляже вы хотите лечь около берега? нельзя - это зона для прогулки (хотя за час пройдет рядом от силы 5 человек), вы хотите поставить детскую палатку чуть подальше от всех - нельзя - это зона на которую могут смотреть гости из другого отеля (ни души мы там за 4 дня не увидели, но видно они подглядывают...) Вобщем отель около аэропорта Al-Maktoum был и дешевле и приятнее на порядок. Тут только за бассейн и внешний вид можно плюс поставить.

房間超大，還面向海景，驚艷到了。一到酒店就有人接應行李，一路送到房間，貼心介紹酒店設施和餐廳。清晨去酒店門口的海邊走走，遊個泳，超級放鬆了。

Хороший отель до моря 200метров через дорогу.. Есть бассейн чистый номер с большим балконом. Приветливый персонал.
