Excellent place for business and travel, the management and housekeeping staff are very professional, helpful and excellent. There is a guy called Rafik who is very helpful. The facilities including the restaurant pool and common areas are excellent and well maintained.

Great hotel, Friendly team, I stayed at the hotel before, I came back because of the hospitality and my full week business trip needed to be in an executive apartment whereby I can enjoy the stay and have everything I will need such the washing machine and Microwave, the hotel apartment let you feel at home and the location in the heart of Alkhobar! The Gm was very supportive as well all the hotel friendly team.

First time to try executive apartments by Marriott. The apartment is well spaced and fully equipped to the finest details for an apartment stay. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Zahra from the front desk is a smart and very supportive lady who helped professionally. overall experience is outstanding.

Stayed for about 15 days at two different times. One of the finest apartment hotels one can think of with almost every facility available in-house. The best part is the availability of a departmental store next door. This is a boon for business travelers having food preferences that too in places like Saudi. Choices for breakfast may be limited but the hotel is very receptive to ideas and always willing to support any special requests.

The location of the Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Mona the manager/ Head of swimming pool club at the Marriott Executive Apartment Al Khobar, she was very helpful and she was taking care of all the visitors especially at the ladies swimming time. I loved that their was a section for ladies for gym, spa, etc. only for ladies.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant location and both of the service and the features are second to none, very accommodating team, taking care of all the details with true smile and passion, Al Khobar as well is very nice city, I enjoyed the stay as business traveler and next family will bring my family with me, they will love the hotel and the destination

Facility is great with great layouts and good location. However, service is horrible, any order at least takes an hour to be completed. We have requested a baby crib, and when we arrived they told us that they are out of cribs!! This is my second time in this hotel, and for the second time i have faced the same problems.

The hotel serene is marvelous and exceptionally beautiful. The staff are highly professional, friendly and supportive. All staff are doing their work with a lot of skills and enthusiasm. The Architecture and interior is fantastic. I had value for money. special thanks to Sufiyan for his great hospitality
