This was the worst All inclusive service I’ve ever seen. Starting with the airport transfer - there is none and even if you were to take a taxi from the airport it would cost around 100$. The staff at the desk doesn’t know ANY English what so ever. We weren’t explained about the itinerary and only presented with an A4 paper all in Turkish explaining where the bars are. There was no such information in English either. The food was mediocre and staff didn’t understand anything we say. The room condition is like it’s been through a lot, and the bathroom smelled like sewerage. The beach was full of seafood and sea urchins. There were no SPA, no Hamam, no indoor swimming pool, no car rent, no bike rent, no laundry, not even gym! Basically there were no services at all. In terms of entertainments: there were animators, no child programs and the only thing available to kids was a poor plane crashes into a bush. The room service did not clean the balcony and for some reason removed two towels from the room without replacing them. The bar alcohol was of mediocre quality, half the menu wasn’t in stock. This was the worst stay ever in my life and I would not recommend it to anyone.

do not go to this hotel! there is no staff, the only staff there refuses all your services, bothered to serve you or respond to your needs, all bitter and not smiling at all! large swimming pool and beautiful beach but the complex looks abandoned. house keeping does not want to clean the rooms their excuse: the vacuum cleaner is one floor below. we called reception several times to ask for towels but you have to do it 4 times for them to react. they do not know how to make cocktails because "we only have 3 drinks, I do not know how to do that". you eat the same thing all the time. the manager despite our complaints, nothing to change. does not deserve this price and especially not "all inclusive" to avoid!

Terrible service. We stayed as part of a large family group of 12 and no-one had a decent experience. Rooms were untouched for days at a time even after we repeatedly asked reception. Broken glass and room service trays left outside garden room for 4 days. Buffet was re-heated fries and burgers. Even the local produce tasted bland and thats hard to manage in Turkey. Id be disappointed if we had paid a quarter of the price. Just terrible.

I am regretfully writing this review as someone from the hospitality business. Do not waste your money and holiday by going to this hotel. It is a shame for Hilton Double Tree, which I trusted the brand and chose this place. I’ve been to other Double Tree Hotels, but this one has nothing to compare. I’ve been with my family to a wedding in the hotel and stayed four days. The hotel ruined the couple's special day. The groom had to serve drinks due to a lack of service. The guests have been charged for their beverages for an unlimited agreement. Ridiculously expensive food and drink with no quality; served with no near hospitality standard. Understandable that the room service charges extra, but I’ve never been served warm beer with ice. Nothing to compare with other places in Alacati. There is not enough staff, but the staff shows great effort; I understand it is not their fault but the management. Breakfast was ok and thanks to the great pool so at least my kids had some fun. There are much better places for less money.

Geçen sene bu otelde konakladığımız ve memnun kaldığımız için bu yıl da tatilimizi burada geçirmek istedik. Aynı tarihler ve aynı gün sayısı ile, geçen seneye oranla fiyatlara 107% zam gelmesine karşın hizmet kalitesi 107% düşmüş, ayrıca yarım pansiyon konseptten de oda kahvaltıya geçilmiş. İşletmecisi sebebini israfın çok olduğu şeklinde açıklıyor ancak otel doluluğuna göre israf edilmeyecek yiyecek miktarı sunmak da iyi otel işletmeciliği ile ilgili değil midir zaten? Otel konumu nedeniyle araçsız iseniz yeme içme imkanlarına ulaşmanız yürüme mesafesinde değil ve akşam yemeği olmayışı bir çok konuk için zorlayıcı, çünkü otel içindeki işletmelerin fiyatları çok yüksek. Tabii ki belirli kalitede bir işletme iseniz fiyat politikanız da ona göre yüksek olur ancak bu kadar da değil. Bizim aracımız olduğu için akşam yemeklerini merkeze giderek ya da otel içindeki restoranlara bağımlı kalmadan canımızın istediği şekilde çözümledik ancak araçsız gidecekler bir kez daha düşünmeli. Plaj ve deniz bulunduğu koy itibari ile az rüzgar alan ve keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir konumda. Ama... Şemsiyelerin 80%i bozuk, sabitlemeleri yapılmamış, devrilme riski var ki devriliyorlar da zaten. Devrilen şemsiye günlerce olduğu yerde kalıyor, kaldıran görevli yok. Plaj çöpleri alınmıyor. Geçen sene 5 puan olarak değerlendirdiğim otel, bu yıl 2 puan; o da resepsiyondaki, oda temizliğindeki ve kahvaltıdaki personelin ekstra efor ile çalışarak sundukları hizmet için.
