Aqi Pegasos Club

My experience at this hotel has been amazing I’ve had the best time, the staff are outstanding like Ata from the waiter staff omer from the game room and many more all the staff are friendly and welcoming I have nothing bad to say about this place the food 9/10 the staff 10/10 the rooms 10/10 the pools 10/10 .the view is just amazing, and it’s nice that the beach is a 30 second walk away from the hotel if you are looking for a really nice hotel in turkey pick this one there is a shopping centre out side, taxis and many adventures through the hotel/Tui.I did the quad safari it was beautiful and fun definitely recommend that. And a extra thanks to Ata for always serving us and saving us a table please try out this hotel it’s my favourite holiday and I will be coming again.

We stayed at the AQI Pegasos Royal for two weeks in August 2025. The hotel itself is very clean and staff are working on its upkeep 24 hours a day. We were particularly impressed with how well cleaned our room was throughout the stay and the little touches left by the cleaning staff made you feel like real care and attention had been paid to ensuring your room was comfortable for your stay. They also provided plenty of clean towel each day and 2 litre bottles of water were available at all times. We used the main restaurant for breakfast and lunch each day, and for 12 nights for our evening meal. The quality of the food was great and the selection was superb. There were a few themed nights which we really enjoyed and I never felt like I’d had the same thing repeatedly each day. Our son is a fussy eater yet he didn’t struggle in this restaurant as he has done in other all inclusive we’ve stayed in. In fact, he ate the best he’s ever eaten at any time! The staff in the restaurant were exceptional! Being creatures of habit, we sat in the same section each mealtime and were very well looked after by ATA and his team. The small touches like remembering our drinks orders for each different meal showed great customer service and care! ATA was a really positive aspect of our holiday given the attention to detail he put into ensuring our mealtimes were enjoyable and that we were happy with everything. The care and attention to detail was also experienced in other parts of the hotel where the staff showed great customer service. As an at the Buddha Bar also remembered our drinks orders and would ensure you always had a drink in your hand without having to leave your seat! We used the pool in the Royal most days as it was nearest to our room. The sunbed situation is that if you want poolside beds, then you do have to get up early to get your preferred spot. This wasn’t an issue for me being an early riser, and I used the quiet time around the pool to catch up on reading! The pool areas were very clean and again, staff were constantly round there cleaning up and brushing away puddles of water that could’ve been hazardous. The lifeguards were excellent, very vigilant and made you feel safe using the pools. The pool in the Resort hotel is much bigger and we used this on a few occasions. There is also an indoor pool which we used a few times, mainly for a break from the extreme heat (it was above 40 most of our stay!) and also as an alternative when the pools were closed due to either someone being sick (happened twice during our stay) or because a child had poo’d in there (happened once). This is an unfortunate hazard with family holidays and it isn’t exclusive to this hotel as it’s happened to us in other family hotels. The pool staff were very quick to clear the pools when these issues arose. The slides were brilliant and kept our son (11yo) happy each day! Wow, dont know where to begin. This place is amazing, beautiful. The staff is so friendly, it is so clean and nice all the time. The food is perfect. A lot to choose from and lovely decorations. The hotel manager is incredible and will do everything for you to make your stay perfect. We would love to come back and will miss this place a lot!

We stayed at the AQI Pegasos Royal Hotel in early June 2025 and had an absolutely fantastic holiday. As a family of four, two adults, a 10-year-old, and our 15-month-old toddler , we couldn't have asked for a better setup. We booked a two-bedroom family suite which was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a brilliant job. Very thorough in cleaning From the moment we arrived, the friendliness of the staff stood out. We arrived late and missed dinner and on checking in were handed bags with Juice, water, salad rolls and snacks A special mention has to go to Yusuf, who looked after us every morning at breakfast and dinner. With a young toddler, things can be a bit hectic, but Yusuf made sure we always had a highchair ready and checked in on us for drinks or anything he could help with. That genuinely made our mealtimes easier and more enjoyable. Little touches like this made a big difference to our overall experience. The hotel is part of a complex of three sister hotels (Pegasos Royal, Resort, and Club), all located on the same stunning stretch of beach, and guests have access to the facilities across all three. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the beachfront was clean and walkable — perfect for a morning stroll or evening wander. The pools were fantastic. Crystal clear, well kept, and with plenty of space for all age groups. The slides were a huge hit with our 10-year-old (and the adults too!). There were always lots of lifeguards on duty, and they were clearly well trained. A shout-out to Mustafa, one of the lifeguards who was always attentive and friendly while making sure everyone stayed safe without taking away from the fun atmosphere. Food-wise, we were really impressed. There was a huge variety at every meal to suit all tastes. From Turkish specialities to international favourites, always fresh and well presented. The selection meant even the fussiest eaters (which there was) had something to enjoy. The fruit was local and worth a try was the smaller C-Shaped bananas which were great The nightly entertainment was top-class, with a new show every evening . Dancing, live music, and performances (Circus, Bike Stunts, Fire) that kept both kids and adults entertained. Our older child loved the kids club, which had loads of engaging activities and friendly staff on all over the day. It was split up into age ranges, so the activities suited the ages. Despite the age gap between our two children, we always found something for everyone to enjoy. The indoor heated pool and spa were a great bonus, especially for winding down in the evenings. It’s clear the hotel puts a lot of effort into offering something for all ages and keeping the experience relaxing and stress-free for families. What really stood out was how many other guests we spoke to were return visitors and now we completely understand why. We’re already talking about booking again for next

This is my first time in this hotel. I love the entertainment especially Buse, which organizes the best games in Darts and is the best dancer at DJ Performance ❤️. I hope that if I come here next year I will meet her too, she is a very good and warm person.

We had the best time at the Pegasos Royal, our family holiday was absolutely amazing we made some special memories here staff here were fantastic! I cannot fault this hotel one bit the entertainment were amazing ! Ata the main man in the restaurant was fabulous 👌 he never let your drinks go empty he looked after us all whilst we were there, even on our last morning he gave us all a packed lunch to eat and bottles of water for our travels, such a kind soul! we will definitely visit this hotel again sometime soon for our next family holiday.
