I stayed at Senza for a week, starting from 02/11/25 til 09/11/25; I’m leaving tomorrow, and I don’t even think I quite mind. There’s a lot to unpack, however please consider reading this review as it contains many details which were important for me. (The weather was nice. It did rain for a bit one day, other than that it was actually quite hot most of the time, 25+ degrees C. I did kinda need a jacket at night though.) Let’s start with the location. Around the hotel there are plenty little stalls and restaurants serving all kinds of food, bars, pubs, steakhouses: you can host birthday parties in the steakhouse you see not far from there. There is a supermarket Migros not far either, the beach is fairly close if you take the free “bus” there which takes like 5 minutes maybe less. You can rent 3 person scooters, motorbikes, book excursions and other trips around the place as well, including inside the actual hotel. A bunch of ATMs around the area too. The hotel beach is pretty.. mid. In the main part where the lounge chairs are located, the bar, water sports etc.. the sand was 1. wet.. everywhere? even near the chairs? How did that even occur. 2. Very rocky entrance to the water 3. Not the cleanest water either. I recommend hitting up Cleopatra beach in Alanya which had some of the clearest water I’ve ever seen, beautiful surrounding cliffs and lighting, sand was also nice and not rocky, no rocks at the shore so smooth transfer into the water - water was also pretty warm! Lots of fishies, did some snorkelling and saw so many of them - was a hit with the other kids! Totally worth the bus travel and money. Now, the actual look and atmosphere of the hotel, the rooms, the layout, other things. The hotel as a whole is not bad - it looks pretty good. There are like 4 entire floors of straight hotel rooms, and the -2nd floor is the spa floor, where you can get massages done, sit in the sauna, etc etc. -1 is where you can find a bunch of shops with clothing, souvenirs, jewellery, ceramics, snacks, shoes, purses, other random toys and things like that. Floor 0 is the lobby where you’ll find the reception. 5 floors in total. You can either take the stairs up all these floors, or you can take the elevators scattered around the hotel - but there are many, many issues with the elevators here. Half of the time they were broken, or they were extremely slow, or per my cousin’s experience, literally almost broke down mid-ride. The doors sometimes sound like they’re about to come off, random banging sounds on the way as well, some times the buttons don’t work, etc. The rooms are decent, though the “please clean” button and “do not disturb” signs are both often ignored. You cannot take the towels from your hotel room down to the pools, you are given towel cards instead which you turn in for towels down at floor -2 that you must turn in by a specific time the same day and can only collect from a specific time in the morning. Landed here kn Tuesday the 11th off November with one off my mates and the staff is amazing the place is amazing have everything you could news in the resort sitting by myself having a drink on off the workers came up kept me. Company till my brother got here 100% recommended this place

I’ve just been here with my family for a week. If I’m honest this hotel was brilliant. Facilities here are outstanding and so are the staff. All the staff is so kind and is so kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone with families and kids to come here. The entertainment is great with activities for all ages day and night and food from buffet is amazing. Could say much more but this hotel is great.
