Nice hotel, location a bit away from Alanya was clean and friendly staff, actually the staff were excellent, beach was rocky slippery but still ok, travellers make sure to take light swimming shoes with you, swimming pool was good too.

Unfortunately, I have to give this assessment.
from the very beginning, it was in the room where we wanted to check in, allegedly broken pipes and we were asked to wait. we waited for about 2 hours and came to clarify again (for clarification, we arrived at 15 hours)
At 17:00 we are told that a couple more minutes and it is ready. after these couple of minutes, we are told that we will have to wait until 21:00 in the evening.
After a couple of arguments, we got a room.
The rooms are ok, hard to say wow. our room probably had 3 beds originally, but there was no 3rd bed. there was just a hole and space for that very baby bed.
The shower, unfortunately, did not work well.
I would also like to ask the director to pay attention to the staff and their treatment of customers.
On the first day, when we were delayed, we were given towels for the beach without any information. when we asked "and then what about the towels" we were told "leave them in the room".
We used them for a couple of days and wanted to change them, and when we came up we were told that it can not be done, because it is not time to get new towels and it turns out they have rules on the issuance of towels.
Then we gave towels and received cards for towels with the most strange questions from one of the employees. questions from the category of "who are you? What are you doing here?"
the next day we came to get towels at about 13:00, to which we were told that they have rules for getting towels and they are not here now.
Out of some sense of justice, we went to the front desk, where the girl said, "You should have read the writing on the wall."
In response to any questions she said that it was our fault, that we could have been more attentive and that we could have learned the rules in 2 days.
I am not talking about 70% of the dialog where the employee was clearly disinterested and rolled his eyes.
In addition, there was an unpleasant situation with the sauna and hamam.
We were told that free use of the spa from 12 to 14. We specifically waited for this time to go to the sauna.
As a result we were told to wait at the entrance because there was a covered girl and we had to run from one place to another so that we did not see her.
and it's like she "took" private time for herself.
I respect her religion, but there should be equality here, because shared time is shared.
The cab button was broken. We don't know why.
But when you want to order a cab you are offered a VIP, with a surcharge of 100-150 liras. and if this VIP cab is not available, then calls a local.
The entrance to the sea is normal, like everywhere else.
But the way to reach it is a horror.

De fattigaste all inclusive träffades under 20 års resor i Turkiet, mycket dåligt utbud av mat, 5-6 rätter tillagade utan smak och utan kött, endast en rätt med kött, cocktails betalas extra även om du har all inclusive, öl och alkohol är betalade extra på deras strand trots att du har all inclusive, trasiga stolar vid poolen, dålig underhållning. Hemsk strand med tillgång genom en eländig och ohygienisk tunnel, att komma in i vattnet är skrämmande. Riska inte ditt liv för att komma in i vattnet, det är extremt farligt, fullt av stenar och starka strömmar. I praktiken kan du inte bada i havet. Jag bifogar några bilder och en video så att du kan se vad det är och vad du kan förvänta dig om du väljer detta hotell.

My experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing, but I’ll begin by highlighting a few positives. Upon my late arrival at 11:00 PM, Ali, the receptionist, kindly ensured I had a meal waiting for me. He also assigned me a sea-view room, which turned out to be far too noisy for my liking. I requested a room change, but due to the receptionist’s limited authority, I was asked to wait until morning. After viewing three rooms, I accepted one with a less appealing view, simply because it was quieter, which suited my preference. However, it’s important to note that I had to carry a duvet from my previous room since there was none available in the new one. I also had to move all my belongings. The air conditioning repeatedly shut off by itself, requiring me to restart it every hour, and it was difficult to convey this issue in English, as the manager barely listened or tried to understand my concerns. The shower wasn’t functioning properly, and I couldn’t get hot water. A technician arrived the next morning without prior notice or permission to enter my room, fixed nothing, then left without any communication. Despite his two visits and entering my room unannounced, the issue was not resolved. I was then told to wait another day, and at the same time, I was pressured to change hotels. I refused, as my holiday was booked through Love Holidays, and dealing with them would be unnecessarily difficult. The manager then called someone he claimed was from Love Holidays, who threatened me on the phone, accusing me of disturbing the staff and warning me that if I complained again, I would be reported to the police. This was baffling and incredibly disappointing, especially since I had only made polite requests for improvements. When I asked for the agent’s name, he refused to provide it. I consider this harassment, and I will be reporting it to Love Holidays. The manager, Kublai, offered me access to the Hamam, but when an uninvited man entered, I immediately decided to leave. Feeling increasingly isolated, I had my partner fly in to support me. I must stress that when we book a room, we pay for the space, and the room I was given could easily accommodate three people. Kublai insisted that I pay him 600 liras in cash, despite being unable to provide any documentation or rate list to justify this charge. When I asked for clarity, his behaviour became overbearing and aggressive. I decided to leave the hotel three days early, despite having already paid for seven days. To be clear, this hotel does not meet the standards of a four-star establishment. The food was repetitive, with mainly vegetarian options and one meat dish. It was bland at best, and those who care about good food will be severely disappointed. Either the food was overly salty or completely flavourless. The gym was poorly maintained, with broken equipment and malfunctioning machines. While the cleaning staff was decent, the woman seemed poorly trained in basic etiquette, often knocking

I’m very disappointed, the dor at balcon it was open and blocked, I couldn’t close it, the air conditioner as well ,doesn’t work, i had a chair in my room and it was broken, my shower as well , leaking on the floor. After every dinner they was making pictures at my food. I didn’t apply at the screen from the front door, but the cleaner,he still comes inside. And i was forced to go out allmost naked. The dj ,he had a bad attitude about our childs when they played at the pool. They will tell you “ all inclusiv” but you drink only juice mixed with water and poor beer. They didn’t change our towels. To expensive for what they offer. I do not recommend.

No entertainment team . Vegetarian food mainly . Constantly bothered about having a spa treatment or tattoo. Drinks awful. Very noisy next to main road. Broken air conditioning. Unable to open window due to noise from road. Disappointed. Spa was not open, unless you are spending money. Went out of hotel to eat most days. Not close to much. Rude and persuasive reps. Think twice.

The stay at this hotel was truly peaceful. To start with, the hotel is very beautiful, and its seaside location is stunning. The room was spacious and clean, thanks to Souhaila, who took great care of us. The reception was excellent; I would like to thank Ali and another friendly blonde girl I don’t know her name x). I also want to highlight the kindness of the servers, who were very courteous and did their job exceptionally well. Special thanks to Mazlum at the reception, who was also very friendly, and to Salih, the animator, who made our evenings fun with his humor and kindness. I will not visit the hotel another time if there is no animation with Salih x) I can't wait to return to this hotel to complete my stay, which, for me, was not long enough.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The staff were great, nice pool & spa, pretty good food and the room/balcony was perfect for our stay, it was always clean and perfectly equipped! We would definitely return here again.

Pros: I absolutely loved how this hotel is run. The owner was always there to ensure guests are comfortable. The service was very warm and hospitable. Kubilay at Front desk was so helpful and always with a big smile! I signed up only for breakfast, which had a great selection of seasonal produce, many types of local cheeses, and hot dishes as well. Cons: not really an issue for me, but the pool was closed, because it was off season.
