Grand Uysal Beach & Spa Hotel

Was really nervous about coming as the negative reviews were flooding in. This was my 1 years first ever holiday and it was honestly amazing. The only downfall was the distance from the airport which can’t be helped. Food was lovely. Some things we didn’t like but you get that everywhere but a lot of things were very tasty. They had a huge range of beautiful desserts and fresh salad. Breakfast wasn’t the best but again was always a little something to eat. Snack bar served burgers and chips which was really good. Room was very clean and cleaned daily by the staff, everyone was super friendly and made a huge effort with my little girl. You do need to pay for WiFi per device which was 14 euro for 7 days but the wife was really good and worked all over the hotel, lifts could do with being bigger but again not a major issue. We really enjoyed our stay and our little girl had the best time.

The menbers of staff there and the cleaning team..are so nice and helpful. My room was clean every day..and the food is lovely and fresh too..you are not far from the beach too thank you so much.. i will be coming back here 100 percent....what a amazing hotel.

Very nice hotel facilities, including private beach, friendly personnel, good food lot of variaty. Lot of shoppen stores/markets for goed price and near local bazars (oba and tosmur) Perfect hotel for families we will come back! Only tip, make wifi free also in the rooms apart from the lobby.

It's nice little gym, you don't need to walk anywhere, it has every that you need. We loved the food and the swimming pool. Nice place in front of hotel , very relaxing. Food great,staff very friendly and helpful realy clean the staff worked so hard.will be comming back.only downside tranfare time and On the beach rep.he was pushing for trip bookings so we got the boat one and the City one,he said you go up in cable car to see veiws of Alanya he never mentioned all the walking that had to be done and that it included a 1 hour boat trip as well.i have to walk with a stick(wich he saw)i tried my best to keep up but was in agony the next day.

Just leaving hotel ....absolutely fantastic, hotel is very clean to a very high standard, food is amazing lots of choice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the grand uysul hotel.a great holiday.....thankyou too all hotel staff 👍 😀
