Azak Hotel recensioner

Baserat på ett antal recensioner trodde vi att vi kunde boka detta hotell. Inte förväntan på superlyx, utan på stranden, nära centrum, med pool och maten och personalen blev bra. Vilket elände. Sur personal, kunde inte säga en god morgon, förstod praktiskt taget ingen engelska. Allt är föråldrat. Mat av dålig kvalitet. Vi hade våra tvivel om vissa rätter under frukosten, trots att vi varit i Turkiet i 30 år. Lite val. Många av semesterfirarna kom från östblocksländer. Lägger ner handduken halv sex på morgonen, och sedan inte använder den på hela dagen. Bråk i rummen, även på natten. Det sägs inget om det. Rummen städas med det franska slaget, titta inte under toalettsitsen. Sängar på stranden måste betalas, medan de har parasoll från hotellet och används av hotellets gäster. Chefen är omedelbart bredvid din säng och trots att stranden är öppen från 7:00 till 19:00 börjar han vika paraplyerna redan klockan 18:00, även om du fortfarande är där. Flera gånger hade vi redan betalat för vår drinkkupong med "chefen" på stranden och denna voucher fick betalas igen i receptionen. Vi förstår inte hur detta hotell har fått sina stjärnor på denna sida. Stjärnorna från olika organisationer som hänger i hotellets hall är från 2019. Vi går inte tillbaka. Även med tanke på priset så tror jag att det finns något bättre där ute Vänlighet och gästfrihet kostar ingenting och det skulle ha tjänat lite mer kredit Dessutom står det en liten, ganska aggressiv ung pojke framför spadörren, som biter i dig och inte släpper taget.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Poor customers service very rude staff. Guy at front deck was rude, he refused to give us WiFi access and parking. He was very aggressive person and seems very unhappy with us because colour of our skin. Hotel did not provide us bottle of water, there was no kettle no coffee or tea. Only good things were breakfast and dinner and staff at dining area were nice and friendly. Poor quality of pillows very small. It was waste my money on this hotel. They were changing us water bottles 30tl per bottle. Very disappointed.

An amazing place to stay at. The staff is the best. I have never met such nice staff anywhere on my travels. They are very helpful. Location is very nice. Rooms are good. Food was okay but great value for money!! Totally recommend staying here

Detta hotell är ett av våra favoritställen i Alanya eftersom direkt på Kleopatrastranden havsutsikt städa rum med vänlig personal. kväll i poolbaren spendera ganska kväll måste jag säga detta också bra frukost och middag. Mr ırfan gör sitt jobb bra och hjälper alla. Förhoppningsvis kan vi komma tillbaka även i år. Hälsningar från Libanon

Direkt beläget i den berömda Cleopatra-stranden i Alanya, linbanan till slottet och damlatasgrottan bara några meter från hotellet, även stadens centrum och nattklubbar på gångavstånd du kan gå överallt genom att gå alla i närheten. Behöver se också mörk grotta och mörk flod säker rådgivning mottagning. Vi gillade att stanna här och tillbringade härliga dagar och aktiviteter

Very bad hotel. Very bad staff. Bad beds. Stone hard beds. Bad wifi. Bad cleaning. VERY loud sound from hallway(superthin doors) did sleep very bad all 14 nights. Very bad standard. Tested the breakfast the first day and easily skipped it the next 13days. Also prepayed dinner for our stay, easily skipped that also. Only making food for locals not for tourists. Eggs were seriously rotten The evening and nightshift at reseption was obviously not interested in its guests. Stared at mobile and did not greet us once. Guess we were "infidels??" Dont stay here if you dont HAVE to. The 'beachguy' is also very little service minded, we stayed at the hotels beach the first day and the neighbour hotel for the rest of the stay. We wanted to change hotel very bad but the prices all around was pretty ruff at this time. Do NOT test the "spa" in basement. Its a pretty bad joke. Sour towels, and the 'staff' has probably exactly Zero experience/schooling to be a massage/spa worker. If i could give Zero stars in this report, i would. Never again

Very friendly staff clean rooms anddelicous foods also located on the famous clopetra beach. alanya city center shopping area just front of the hotel . you can also explore damlatas cave and castle of alanya. We will try to come back again

The hotel is decent with a great location. However, there are couple of things that should be worked on. First, the towels are not changed every day which is in my opinion mandatory for the beach hotel. We used to wash them by ourselves. Also, you have to take your shower gel, shampoo, and soap since you will get those only when you check in. Two small shampoos and soaps are definitely not enough for the trip that lasts seven days or more. WIFI is very poor and available signals are kind of confusing since they have one for each floor and area but none of them works good. The beach waiter/guardian is very unpleasent and have his own and very strange rules of selling the sun beds. For example, you come early in the morning and ask for some of the beds in the first row he tells you "No, it's reserved." Then noone appears there for the whole day or someone who is not even the quest of the hotel takes those. When you ask if you can reserve for tomorrow he says "No way!". This guy really makes you feel kind of discriminated for your own money and dealing with him on daily basis can definitely ruin your vacation.

Directly on the beach just few meters a way from City and Shopping center. Sea view and clean rooms delicious yummy perfect foods weekend animations is awesome pool bar is all day open for also very friendly attentive staff.

This relatively small hotel is one of wery few with a direct access to the beach, what was very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes away from the downtown, and it is an interesting walk through the streets of Alanya. The hotel's bar is in natural shadow so it was plesent to chill here during the hot daytime. It's not directly open for the visitors outside of the hotel, what makes this place quiet in the evening. Cocktails were also quite decent, what I cannot say for many other places in Alanya. Guys working here are very helpful, they offer a great service and are actually the main reason why I'm happy to rate this place with 5 stars. Even if they may lack a bit of language skills, they will do their best to meet your needs, help you if you want to rent a car or find anything else. The rooms are not so big so don't expect a 5 star comfort. The meals are freshly prepared and not spicy, so if you are not to picky it should do. Once again dont expect too big choice of different foods at the buffet, as this is not some huge 5 star resort. This cozy and friendly atmosphere ist just what makes this place worth visiting.
