Kleopatra Micador Otel

Worst hotel ever, the only good was a kind front desk manager. Food is disgusting, beds Are hard and no neglisjert arter 18.00 o clock. I will never never reccomend for anyone. The posistion of the hotel is ok, not far away from beach. But not worth it

We had a perfect stay at the Micador hotel. After needing to leave a horrendous hotel in side and booking a new hotel on the same day, from the moment we arrived the receptionist was so helpful. She gave us all our information, met our request for rooms close to each other and looked after our cases so we could catch the last of lunch! The rooms were spotlessly clean (we made a literal last minute booking) and the cleaners came in everyday and clean the rooms to perfection. Deniz, Orhan and all of the bar and restaurant staff made us feel so welcome. They couldn’t do enough to make sure you were served, took all the plates etc away and always made sure we were happy. Deniz and Orhan were always smiling and made us laugh everyday! The reception manager was beyond helpful. She helped us organise trips, was always full of knowledge and advice and always on hand to help. She arranged a cake and a lovely restaurant for my son’s 18 birthday (which she approached us about after seeing it was his birthday on his passport) and made a special day truly amazing. I cannot fault the hotel, after an horrendous start to our holiday in a horrible hotel, Micador helped us have an amazing time.

A few days ago I was on vacation in Turkey in this hotel. I have to admit that I was a little bit worried because of the reviews. I was very glad that we finally chose this hotel. The holiday was wonderful thanks to them. The staff is very nice, they always helped with what I needed. The hotel is very clean, the ladies always came to clean. The staff at the reception is also very nice and helpful. The food was great, you really had a lot to choose from, even though it was more or less the same for the last 6,7 days. The taste is always sour, but I would vary it more. The only thing that surprised me in negative was that the hotel did not have free Wi-Fi and we paid for it not per room, but each of the rooms had to pay if they wanted to use it. Thank you for everything, and thanks to that hotel, we had a perfect vacation.

We went for a family holiday in Alanya, initially booked for another resort but we did have a really bad experience with that one. We arrived at the originally booked resort and they said no booking had been found in their system, hence we needed to find alternative accommodation. We were really lucky to find this Kelopatra Micador Hote. Stayed for 6 nights here. The receptionist was a really helpful and nice lady ( sorry forgot to ask her name), she speaks English fluently. The hotel has a small pool which is very clean. Outdoor sitting area. Foods is amazing, and dinner main menu changes every day ( chicken BBQ, Fish, Turkey, beef, and so on). Lots of veggie options. Sweets are amazing. The room was very clean AC working fine. We were on the top floor so the AC needed to be run all the time. Centrally located as well. we went to Centum on foot and it took 25 minutes. ATM, Taxi, Bus, and everything are very close. Lots of restaurants close by if you want to have different foods than the hotel. Highly recommended.

Stayed with my mom for two weeks and we had a great holiday overall! Hotel was small and cozy, public areas were nice and clean. Also pool was nice, even though it was kinda small. But the beach is not too far and you can get two sunbeds and a parasol for 4,5€ (100lt). Lobby and lounge area was decorated nicely and staff working in reception were always smiling and greeting when going out of coming in. The room was quite small for me and my mom, but that’s mostly because we travel with so much stuff with us and spread it around in the room. So it didn’t bother us too much. Room was also renovated and the air conditioner was new so it didn’t make too much noise. Rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaner ladys were always smiling and greeting us when we saw them. You could hear most of the noises from hallway and other rooms, but I feel like that’s just normal. We weren’t bothered by that. Selection of the food is quite small, but we always found something to eat and food was overall delicious. Also lots of vegetarian options and at some nights also fish food available! And there was always someone making something fresh in the grill. Staff was working really hard to always keep tables clean of empty plates and glasses, so you could always find clean table to eat. Also after you left from breakfast, lunch or dinner somebody came to wipe the table. The guys working in the bar were amazing! Always smiling, making small talk and joking around with us! Normally there is always someone/few of the staff that don’t smile or talk, but not in here. And when they had time it was nice to have a chat with them by the bar. Our only complaint is that there is only one working elevator and 6 floors. At the busiest times of the day it was impossible to catch it to go eat. And I actually once got stuck in the elevator with one of the cleaner ladies and two Russian guys. Luckily the cleaner lady got contact to someone to get it moving enough so we could open the door by hand. Special thanks to the guys at bar for making our holiday even better. Definitely going to come here again!

So nice staff working in this hotel. Very friendly cleaners, bartenders, receptionists. Hotel is clean and nice small hotel athmosphere everywhere. Only 200 meters from the beach. Nice sfaff also at the beach, just relax and order beer just lifting your hand. Good sunbeds and wooden walking way at the beach, you dont feel the burning sand.
