Perre Delta Hotel

Very poor quality hotel, nowhere near 5 stars, very dirty rooms and poor food assortment, drinks were out of stock one night also. Wifi was only in lobby which was very low quality, there are no A La Carte restaurants as were advertised, also no inside pools . Staff speaks mostly only in Russian, entertainment team is basically not existing which means we had two evening shows only during entire week. When it was raining, ceiling was leaking and lobby was filled with blankets to clean puddles.. Two stars just because guy from pool bar in the morning was doing a good job and knew a little bit of English, sun was also good.

We having a great time the rooms are clean pools are amazing the staff is very friendly . l recommend for this hotel everytime. Everybody must be see to hotel.

These are the worst holidays ever. The rooms are very dirty. We were given four rooms to look at and choose from — we picked the nicest one, and just look at what we ended up with!

Services really BAD! Room services completely ZERO! We had ultra inclusive, first day they run out of many alcohols, baking pizzas, but only giving one piece per day, if you want to get gozelem bread, you have to wait around 2 hours, if you are not rushing to restaurant its possible that you would not found many food, only leftovers. Sun beds 50/50 broken, no activities, if you want some activities you have to organise by your self. And at the last day of our staying there was a “CERRY ON THE CAKE” barmen's started to save alcohol and started scene, called manager and ddnt want to give alcohol to us. I dont understand how this hotel rated 5 stars and giving ultra all inclusive. Not worth it…

This hotel is not like i. Turkey but whole tourists are Russian and so receptionist and staff does not know english. There are no air conditioning working outside on reception and lobby. Also poor cleaning services and poor food not much to choose from for a 5 star hotel. We came 5 in morning so tired and waited one hour for them to find appropriate room because i was refusing a room without balcony as i have paid for a room with balcony. Also staff not very helping and rude I must have contacted my provider and told them my complains. Otherwise pool and beach perfect

We stayed at this hotel expecting the level of quality and service that should come with a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, what we experienced was far from acceptable. First and foremost, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were appalling. The bathroom had mold between the tiles, the bidet was leaking, and the toilet was visibly unclean. Shockingly, there were dried blood stains on the edge of the armchair, which had clearly not been cleaned. The countertops were dirty and sticky, and the carpet was stained and filthy. Things only got worse from there: the beds were torn, the curtain hems were ripped, and the lampshades were moldy and covered in thick dust. The lamp stands were rusted, making the room feel neglected and unhygienic. Additionally, the refrigerator was completely uncleaned, and the rubber seals were cracked and damaged — a serious hygiene concern in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 stars. This property does not meet even basic cleanliness standards, much less luxury ones. It was a deeply disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The workers were really nice. Everyone was helpful and understanding, made jokes. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues immediately.
