Lonicera City Hotel

Rooms are big and clean. Nice shower room. 2 swimming pools. All day and night coffe, cold juise, water. Refrigerator is not closed. Dinner and lunch- very good. Breakfast- poor. Mainly no omelet. Sousages- poor view. Not far from sea, good location.

Devious, dishonest and sleazy staff who cheat you out of money. My family stayed for 9 nights and my girlfriend and I went to their place for dinner a couple times for 150 lira per person (the buffet was much worse than the local canteens which are cheaper). We paid and were told everything was included in the food area, including drinks. We took our food, drinks and two 0.33ml beers. We were politely poured one by a staff member in the lounge. We had dinner and were about to leave, but on the way out, the employee complained to reception that we had drunk beers that was NOT included in the dinner and we had to pay another 200 lira for it!!!! We were shocked. I started arguing, proving that "you said 150 lira included both drinks and food". But I was lied to that there was no such thing. Then I asked "why the f*kkk didn't you tell me in advance about paid drinks????". Everyone shrugged and smirked. I had to hand over the money. It's just disgusting and shameful. Be careful in tourist hotels if you look European. Nasty staff are always looking for a way to cheat you. I've been living in Turkey for a long time and I've never encountered anything like this before, except for cabs in Istanbul. On the last day at the hotel, we were tied up by the receptionist with a "nice conversation in Russian to find out how our vacation went". He stayed with us for more than two hours. Obviously, it was an attempt to warn against negativity after that incident in the restaurant. As you can see, it didn't work :)

Hotel is very nice and near to the city center and to the beach Kleopatra. You can be there in 5 minutes. The staff is very nice and very polite. They helped us with our lugage. The rooms are nice, and big, and they are being cleaned everyday which is great. Clean pool, good solide wifi, lobby bar. Maybe just not the food for our taste. Recomending to everyone to visit Alanya and Lonicera hotel. 😊

The holiday in Alanya at the hotel Lonicera city was perfect. The hotel is very clean(rooms are cleaned every day) and the staff is very friendly. The pool is as good as the pool service, and Cleopatra's beach is quite close. The food is varied, so vegetarians will not stay hungry either.😊

Отель относится к сети Лонисера и просто бесподобен! Такого сервиса, номеров, качественного питания еще поискать даже в пятерках. Заселили в 10-30 ( огромная благодарность сотруднику рецепшен Ибрагиму, который хорошо говорит по русски и всегда готов оказать помощь или что то подсказать), номер на 3 этаже ( первый этаж лобби и рецепшен), вид на бассейн. Никаких шумов ночью, спали прекрасно. В номере просторно, две спальни с дверями. Соседей слышали немного ( в основном из коридора, когда дети около дверей кричали). Но после 9 часов тишина. В обоих комнатах кондеры, телевизоры. Уборка на 5+, постельное меняли, полотенца меняли. В холодильнике вода простая и минеральная. Фен мощный. Ремонт свежий. В ресторане по еде ассортимент не очень большой, но все приготовлено очень вкусно! На завтрак пекут омлет, на обед и ужин всегда были на выбор говядина, баранина, курица, индейка. Официанты мгновенно убирают посуду и готовят стол, очередей нет. До моря идти медленным шагом 5 минут. Рядом остановки автобусов, отогар минут 15 ходьбы. Гуляли и ездили самостоятельно ежедневно на крепость Алании, на реку Дим Чай, в старый Сиде. Всем, кого интересует отдых в городском отеле - рекомендую только этот отель! Прекрасное соотношение цены, расположения и качества!

В блоке А номер большой, балкон тоже, но старый. Не понравилось освещение, нет стульев или коечел в номере. В ванной нет шампуня и геля, только мыло жидкое. Питание однообразное каждый день. Не вернулись бы снова, причем цена отеля не маленькая.
