Club Big Blue Suit Hotel - All Inclusive

Our pillowcase is stained with blood, out air conditioner doesnt work and blows only warm air, our toilet is not properly cleaned once we checked in and we have asked for someone to come for 2 days now. We booked superior room with a balcony to sit on the balcony and enjoy the weather and when we arrived we realised that our balcony is so small that we cant even fit on there, i complained to the reception and wanted a room change but they only send us away and no change. Theres only 3 rooms with a balcony this small. The food is also below average, its eatable but we choose to eat at restaurants instead.

Had a lovely 2 week stay here with my partner.All the staff are friendly and very hard working,very clean hotel all around..with free bottle of water every day left in room by cleaners. Partner enjoyed playing water polo ..darts and even aqua aerobics with ghost 1 of the entertainment guys ..who also took time out every day to come and ask how we was ect. Beds and pillows very comfortable & nice size shower. Ice creams was being served just for 1 hour a day which I thought could of maybe been twice a day. Lovely clean pools. The beach blue club is also a great place to go and enjoy the view of the sea while listening to live music on specific days drinks & food very nice here and not too dear. Beautiful area of alanya.

Its a fantastic hotel, with nice facilities. The personell are very welcoming, and help you with everything that you need. thanks to all staff and reception and hotel management.l will be back soon.The hotel is renovated and extra pool, fitness, the new alacarte restaurant

I was here for the second time this time I took my friends with me, it was wonderful! The hotel is great! There is a family atmosphere, we felt at home, the rooms are clean, the service is great, the manager is great. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Four pools, one small for children, one with two waterslides, and two normal for swimming. Alot of sunbeds at the pool area so we never worried about people ”booking” them. The food was very good with stone owen baked bread with different filling everyday, almost like pizza. There is a snack kitchen that serve hamburger and fries and a main restaurant that serve buffet with many different dishes to choose between and many different salad and desert, there was also soup and a childrens table with pasta. Breakfast was what you expect from a hotel with scramble egg and sausage and toast for example. There is also a à la carte restaurant but this is not included with the ”all inclusive” program. The staff was amazing. The room was normal with balcony and kettle for coffe or tea, TV and a small refridgerator with 1,5l water everyday. One minus was that before dinner when to many people took a shower we ran out of hotwater. The beach was within a 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel and have very good staff with a restaurant but is not included in the ”all inclusive” program.

We had a wonderfull expirience in this hotel. Since we arrived this guy Furkan took our suitcases with the smile and bring them into our room. The receptionist Kamil is allways pollite and wanted to help Turkish bath was the best and beautifull expirience. All staff inside is very professionall and pollite.
