Otel konum olarak şehrin merkezine biraz uzak, otel havası değil de havuzu olan apart gibi düşünülebilir. Kalabalık bir dönemde tatil yapmaya gidiyorsanız havuz kapasitesi yeterli değil. Pide saati olarak adlandırılan zaman kısmında ustadan Pide istediğimizde sürekli laf duyduk. Yemekler tam anlamıyla yetersiz köfteler yanık, yemek çeşitleri yok ve birbiriyle alakasız durumda ne yazık ki. Oda temizliği ve oda iç dizaynı ***et iyiydi

Herregud, var ska jag börja. Betald bedrägeri recensioner, TRO INTE. Otrevlig personal, de hatar dig där. Fruktansvärd mat, jag har spenderat ytterligare 1,5 000 euro på att äta ute, hotellmaten är pinsam fantastisk turkisk mat. mängden olja de tillsätter är chockerande. Rum: hemskt. Billig, liten, obekväm säng, nej, ABSOLUT INGEN LJUDisolering, du kommer att höra barn som skriker i poolen som om de är i din säng. Långt från stranden, farlig obekväm väg, buss har fruktansvärda obekväma tidpunkter. Var försiktig när du beställer taxi: de lurar dig totalt, om du ringer vanlig taxi är det 130 lira till stranden, hotellet ringer dig alltid för 200 lira. Samma med vilken destination som helst, ta taxi utanför, deras pris är dubbelt! Vår madrass var indränkt i gammalt kiss, AC fungerar fruktansvärt, vi höll på att dö i julivädret. Vi reste som en stor grupp, bokade totalt 5 rum. Alla är extremt besvikna, undvik detta hotell till varje pris och tro inte på deras recensioner!!! Och en cocktail på stranden kostar 11 euro 😄 och har inga kunder (jag undrar varför). Också efter 19.00 kommer de att ta bort dina föremål från solstolarna och du kommer att vara på sanden som alla andra, vad är poängen med den stranden lol. Jag tog en vecka att svalka mig eftersom jag ville skriva en lugn och rimlig recension, men besvikelsen finns fortfarande kvar och jag ångrar verkligen att vi föll för falska recensioner. Jag varnade dig.

VALUE FOR MONEY!!! Very nice hotel for the money you pay. Food is great which means you can eat in the hotel all 3 meals and don't have to head for lunch. Cleanings great, STAFF IS VERY SERVICEMINDED, Pool Is great and the drinks is OK! I have read some of the bad reviews and I must say I don't see what they mean at all. Very well hotel for the money you pay. Offcource not luxurious hotel BUT BUT BUT very nice hotel indeed. WE WILL COME BACK Would DEFINITELY RECOMEND :) SO if you look for a hotel for a great price with great quality this is the hotel for sure! Kind regards Danish Cou ple :)

2 things Not enough beds around the pool, they are all reserved even when said not to. No food, came down for dinner at 8:00pm to an avoid q’s, to be told some hot food had ran out, and just scraps of salad. Dinner finishes at 9pm. Had to go out for dinner.

Great and friendly hotel, very nice and professional staff, wonderful, varied and fresh food. This was my third holiday at this hotel. I will definitely come back to Cleopatra Ramira. My friends were also very pleased. In this hotel you can really rest and relax.

What a fantastic hotel this is!… If you want to know about the amenities here read previous reviews.. My review is purely about our fabulous stay here at the Ramira! We were made to feel like family from the second we set foot in reception until the minute we were sadly ready to leave for home .. We have never met a more friendly,helpful, & interested staff in any hotel we’ve stayed in. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE who works here takes time to take care of their holidaymakers!.. These people made our holiday memorable!… A special mention goes out to Deniz who went above and beyond by getting John some pain relief cream for his terrible shoulder pain.. This gentleman is a diamond and deserves recognition!.. We’d like to thank each and every member of staff for making our holiday special! Would we come bake to stay here?… Oh yes!

Nice clean modern Hotel with Bars and Restaurants a short walk away. Rooms very nice and food is well cooked and prepared. Staff are really friendly and always smiling. Two pools very very clean and refreshing. Would visit again probably late August early September

We arrive after 3am. We got big room at top floor. Room are very modern, clean. Water was on fridge. Beds comfortable. Food was great, all tasty. Animation was okay, every second day. We love a pools, and slide :) Kleopatra crew was great, they collected glasses, plates etc. only minus - alcohol, gin is not drinkable, small choice of cocktail. I got a argue with guy “who selling front row of sunbeds” in hotel beach who shouted at me because I put my towel on one of sunbeds. Rest was great. Highly recommend.

The staff in this hotel made it the best holiday for me and my family, everyone is so friendly and helpful and work around the clock to make your stay as great as possible. The hotel itself is very clean, well presented and food is great too, a nice mix all the time. Entertainment 3 nights a week, although if you stay for 2 weeks you will see the same 3 each week. We didn't have no problems with our stay and enjoyed every minute of it. The only minor downside is Alanya is so built up that you only get around 5 hours sunlight per day around the poolside, but they offer a free bus to the beach several times a day and back again, so this means you can have all the sunlight you want. Thank you Ramira for an amazing holiday special thanks to both Sukru and Jon (The bar staff)for making us welcomed every night of the week.
