Monart City Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

Gorgeous hotel. Facilities are excellent. Staff are brilliant. Receptionist Heidy was very helpful. She has a lot of local knowledge. Absolutely wonderful holiday. The all inclusive package includes more food and drink then you could ever want.

My husband and I visited Monart City for a 10 night stay. We arrived late just after 12am as it was over a 2.5 hour transfer from airport. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman who offered us biscuits upon arrival. When another visitor explained that this really wasn’t good enough as they had been travelling all day and the hotel were expecting us the staff rectified the issue and brought them sandwiches to their room. My husband and I were offered sandwiches but we were too tired and just wanted a shower and comfortable bed. Our comfort sea/pool view bedroom was small and was comfortable and to be honest our only negatives for room 1304 was the bathroom really did need modernising as it was extremely well used and looked very tired. The bath panel was cracked, bathroom door handle was loose the bath and sink did not have any water-plugs which didn’t make sense as you could not use the small bath only the shower. Also, the curtain rail looked loose and there was a crack in the balcony glass. We didn’t ask for another room because it was only cosmetic issues and it was still fit for purpose. I thought it was really lovely when the cleaners made designs for bedding with flowers (pictures attached). Special well done to them as it was lovely to come back to the room and see. All staff were friendly and happy to help. Monart Street was lovely and a nice break from the sun as it had a cool breeze of the sea to enjoy a cappuccino or an icecream and relax. The beach was across a busy road but it was a really nice beach hut/bar and it was really nice to relax and enjoy the sea. (Get scuba socks as it is rocky) Further along the beach (not connected to hotel) is a jet ski for hire and parasailing. We did not do this as it was excessive; extremely over priced. Monart City is extremely well situated and has a lot of shops around and restaurants. My husband and I enjoyed occasional evenings out away from the hotel as the food did begin to feel repetitive after a few days which is normal for all inclusive. They did a chicken pasta only the once and it was really lovely; which was a shame. All the meats are tender and full of flavour and there was a lovely salad spread to choose from. My only negatives for the food was breakfast time which did not have much choice and I found myself having egg on toast every day as they had other things like sprouts and other vegetables on offer; which for me I thought was very strange. I also wasn’t fussy with most of the desserts and reverted to the water melon and fruits available. The waiters and service staff were very friendly and happy to offer drinks and cleaned tables very meticulously. There are a lot of different cultures visiting this hotel and for the first 5/6 days it was very surprising and refreshing that there was no sun lounger reserving with towels. It was really relaxed and you had really good options of a sun lounger by the pool even at 11am. We noticed that as more guests

Loved our time at Monart City Hotel! Staff were super helpful, rooms were spotless, and the beach was just steps away. Great value and vibes all around.

Been going to Monart City for about 6yrs now. LOVE this hotel! Has had a recent refurb which is outstanding, free wifi, the food suits all palettes and if not the snack bar is available. Special mention for Hotel Manager Petek for going above and beyond as usual!! Ali, Bob, Kadir, Xanib, Mehmet and Anriham for outstanding service at the pool Bar it’s also nice to be recognised by the hotel managers and enquiring that everything is up to their highest standards. The hotel is SPOTLESS and a great big thank you to our room cleaners who were exceptional. Not once did I see an employee idle, booked to go back nxt year ❤️

Yet to go not listening to ai for god's sake. Why is ai that's not real allowed to have a say on real views of people ! Ai is not real , did it sleep in the bed ? Seriously . TripAdvisor not the way forward. Ai is not a real review. Sort it out TripAdvisor

This is not our first visit to this Hotel. The reason for coming back is because the Management and staff are so helpful. The Hotel is spotlessly clean and has a family feel to it. The food is very tasty with a wide variety. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
