1. Öncelikle kaldığımız oda rutubetliydi. Çok karanlıktı ve içerisinde şampuan duş vb ürünler yoktu. Klima kumandası biz istedikten ancak iki gün sonra geldi. 2. Kahvaltı yetersizdi ve restorandaki yapılan yemekler lezzetli değildi. 3. Havuzları çok küçük ancak bir kişi yüzebilir. Karanlık kapalı havuz gibiydi. Havuz güneş almıyordu. 4. Temizlik olarak çok yetersizdi. İlk gün odamımız temizlenmemişti biz talep edince üstün körü temizlik yapıldı. 5. Beach kısmında çalışan personel çok kabaydı. Beach inanılmaz kötü dizayn edilmiş. Şezlonglar halk plajlarında olduğundan daha sıkışıktı hepsi iç içeydi. 6. Otelde hiç bir eğlence , aktivite, müzik vs yoktu. Ölü gibiydi. Güzel olan tek şey otelin konumu. Memnun kalmadık bir daha asla önünden geçmeyeceğim bir otel …

非常感謝的一次

Don’t go here if you are not prepared to listen to endless loud music in the restaurant and beach area. We were not affected in the rooms, but didn’t feel like chilling outside on their terrasse due to this noise pollution. It is just the opposit of replacing when they keep treating the area as if it is a disco. I am not surprised we saw very few people on that terrasse except from at breakfast. The hotel is esthetically nice with a good situation on the Beach and looks exactly like in the photos. So if you are in your 20-ties it might be the perfect hotel for you.

They seriously need to change their music…. It’s the same annoying beat all day , everyday, played so loud. No wonder no one enjoys using there sunbeds. Its so not cool 😝 New speakers arrived yesterday that make it sound even worse … your not in Ibiza 🤣😂🤣

- 1. Cleaning was bad, a lot of staff in hallways as well. In room the windows and mirrors were really dirty, they didn’t Change the sheets. A lot of dust on a beds headboard. I had to ask more toilet paper like 2-3 times and I had to ask to fill hand wash. 2. Bad and boring breakfast for one week. Only cheese, 2 different kinds of eggs, bread, and few vegetables (2-4) and berries. When walked by cooks club breakfast it was full of different foods in breakfast. 3. Pool closes at 18, so no swimming at late night. 4. Thin walls, you can hear other room alarm clock. 5. It’s adult hotel, but no parties (other hotel for example cook’s club had parties ) and a lot of children in beach area on day time. I have choose this hotel for a reason and still there are children and babies. 6. Really expensive drinks and food in hotel. 7. Our safe deposit box was broken and they promised a new one next morning but we didn’t get it. + 1. Friendly stuff and waiters. 2. Good location. 3. We liked the bed. 4. We wanted the sun and the sea. so this one we got and didn’t let the hotel ruin our hotel. But if you want pool Also you need to pick different hotel. 5. Menu food and drinks were really good. We shared experiences about that hotel, with more than 10 guests that were there on same time as we were. We all had same bad feelings about this hotel. Never going back there. Some guys had to pay extra for towels and the other had to pay 3€ per day for the safe deposit box key. Some guests had more bad experience than we did. And some went to eat their breakfast to another place.

This hotel is in a nice area right on the beach front, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel and the rooms was nice and kept clean to a good standard. The breakfast was ok and did the job but unfortunately the only issue I had with the hotel was the super loud music!. The music from surrounding areas and even the hotel bar was that loud you could feel the room shaking, if you want a relaxing peaceful holiday then unfortunately I couldn’t recommend this hotel. The music does cut off at midnight and some of the days I don’t have an issue sitting up to around midnight but for me the issue is when you have early starts for tours and transfer back to the airport you just have no chance getting any sleep what so ever if you want an early night!. In the end I couldn’t wait to get home just for a bit of peace and quiet!. It’s a great shame because like I mentioned the staff, rooms, location and hotel in general was really nice but sadly because of the super loud music I wouldn’t stay again. If you don’t plan on doing any tours or have no early starts then I would highly recommend the hotel.

First time at club med. resort was really nice - accommodation perfect for young family. Our children were a bit nervous to go to kids club but the staff were excellent. Especially Seneha (hope I’ve got her name right - she’s half Scottish) and nadine who went out of their way to make our eldest feel confident. We really appreciated that.

When my friend and I were planning our vacation in Turkey and considered this hotel we were a bit sceptical due to the different reviews we found online. People were complaining about the noise level, poor cleaning of rooms, etc. However, for the price we paid and the hotel´s great location we thought we´d risk it and see. We´re so happy we made that choice! Our room was right next to the bar/restaurant area and facing the street with other bars and we had zero issues with noise. Yes, we could hear some music from the outside but it stopped at midnight and even before that, I would not describe it as disturbing or too much. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was always made, and the towels were changed, all good on that as well. Our only "issue" which is not really an issue, just a minor misstep - one day the cleaning staff forgot to give us new towels after collecting the old ones. We just went by the reception and explained the situation and got new towels immediately. The food and staff in the restaurant and on the beach were also great. Eating with the view of the beach is amazing. If you come by for a drink, you´ll get a plate of fruits on the side for free. The prices are a bit higher, but it´s completely understandable and expected - after all, it is a tourist location and there is currently super high inflation. Overall, I feel like all the negative reviews are written by either elderly people who can´t stand even a little bit of music or by people who expect a 5-star experience from a 3-star hotel. I feel that this hotel provides great service (considering it´s a 3-star hotel) for a good price. And the staff is super welcoming so whenever someone comes with a question or a request or an issue to be solved, they will do their best to help. It´s just a matter of coming to them and voicing out what you want/need. Would definitely like to come to this hotel again!

1. when we arrived at 14.30 we had to wait a little over an hour before our rooms were ready even tho check in started at 14.00. 2. the bar staff was quite nice but some of the men working there were quite ongoing to most youg girls staying here. 3. room cleaning didnt come to our room befor around 16-16.30 all week and they never switched the sheets or clean the floor properly. We found nails under our beds and the corners of the floor were pretty disgusting. 4. it says on the booking site that its child free but alot of families with children eat dinner here and are on the beach area. 5. techno music all day long outside and inside in the bar area wich is fine but its very loud, you can hear the speakers pounding. 6. small rooms with bed made if cocrete 7. the breakfast options are very small and there are lots of flies in the food. It also ends at 10 but they start cleaning and packing away at 9.30 8. one pool at the hotel thats indoor, no sunbeds around it and no sunlight so its at around 17 degrees in the water 9. the internet sucks Overall we had a super good vacation but we will not be staying at this hotel again. Very disapointing and underwhelming. But we were very happy with the food prices and the sunbed situation on the beach.
