We recommend the hotel for travelers who aren’t too "picky." Overall, the vacation was a solid 4. A decent hotel. The quality of services is quite fair for the price. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help tourists. Nearby beach was great with free sun beds and umbrellas. The food is good, although I didn’t like the drinks at the bar. There are two negative points I want to mention. I recommend coming to the restaurant on time, as they start clearing the food about half an hour before the stated end time, especially at dinner. And if you happen to have noisy neighbors, that’s unlucky; the soundproofing isn’t great. Special thanks to the receptionist Köksol Ylmozer for professionalism and attentiveness to the clients.

Absolutely beautiful food. However staff not very polite for first few days until they realised that we did say please and thank you. Seating area lighting turned off at 10:50 pm so couldn’t have a Coffee or juice as couldn’t see machine felt like a prisoner at lights out. Towels left on sunbeds for days. No policing of sunbeds. Needs some air recirculation around bar areas. VERY HOT NO BREEZE. would go to Alanya again but not here.

Please play some music all day, otherwise there is no vibe and it is boring. Just simple ask. Play music. We arrived and we had to ask to play some music while being by the pool bar. They put it on but it was for only one day. The other day they already forgotten. No entertainment as well :/

At first thought hotel looked good & room was decent enough with balcony view for me my wife & 1 yr old. Bed was rock hard though so slept on sofa bed with son in travel cot. Meals started off ok with plenty of variety but after 3rd day became repetitive. Pools freezing cold so 1yr old couldn’t use them. No entertainment at all music wise. Staff were very friendly to be fair & some guests were very friendly to us, especially being the only black couple in the whole hotel,but a few rude Russians. Beautifully presented deserts, plenty of alcohol available so no complaints there. Room cleaning was sub standard, also my 1yr old had two items of clothing go “missing,” we’re convinced they were stolen as we know we had them in the room before cleaning, a couple we befriended had their expensive suitcase go “missing” too. When we questioned staff they suggested we may have wrapped it in a blanket & friend’s suitcase may have been given as a present to member of staff! Ridiculous! We were lucky to get a decent room as many others had very poor rooms. WiFi only works in our room or lobby, hotel looks like it hasn’t been refurbished in ten years & windows need cleaning. If you’ve got kids 8 years and up if they can’t use the pool because of weather they’ll be bored out of their minds. No play or arcade room, don’t leave expensive items like jewellery or watches in your room, my sons jacket for his trip home was definitely stolen and I had to buy him something to wear to go home which I will demand reimbursement for. Think one of the cleaners may have a small child. To be fair the staff are friendly especially in the restaurant, & I have enjoyed some of the food. But I’d kill for some lamb or moist salmon! Scrambled eggs and salmon would be a hit instead of cold fried eggs & broccoli for breakfast. Burgers in the snack bar are cooked from frozen & are terrible. Coffee cups are too small. Great location just across the road from the beach. You get hassled every twenty yards to buy gear on the road, a lot of variety though so suggest don’t buy new clothes before you leave home, just pack light & buy garments here. But be warned! My friend had suitcases on case had loads of new clothes & fragrances but upon arriving at Gatwick airport the case with all new items was the only case that went “missing!” Booked through “On the beach” who have been terrible even before we left England. Impossible to get through to on any level until I blasted them on Twitter, then they responded immediately. Don’t use them, use another company or sort it all out yourself, it may even work out cheaper. Would come to alanya again but next time I’ll pick a few hotels & call them myself and read reviews better.

The room we were accommodated in is pretty crappy, even though the agency told us that the hotel was renovated for the 2022 season, we were accommodated on the 3rd floor and the maintenance of the rooms there was not at an enviable level from the first day. The only good thing was that the towels were changed daily. As for the food, it is really varied and adapted to everyone's taste, from fish, pasta, meat, savory, fruit and a handful of sweets. The plates were not thoroughly washed every time, especially if you arrive 1 hour after the start of the meal, because as soon as the guests finish their meal, they wash them and place them for others. The waiters and bartenders are very friendly and worthly. The girls who work at the Kids Club are wonderful, creative, dedicated, so the children really enjoy their company.

Nice hotel, only a short walk to the ocean and a short walk to the ❤️ of Alanya. The room was ok but the cleaning could been better. The hotel didnt have any massage or Turkish bath but it was only across the street. Overall we were very pleased with our stay

We re-booked this year (go to alanya every year) as the daughter & boyfriend came & wanted all inclusive We always stay in the main hotel. Lobby - spotless - good wifi Room - clean - everything you need , just rock hard beds, too hard Staff were very pleasant with us, always were, Lots of polish - Dutch - only us English, this does not bother us though as I don’t come away to be sat like we’re in Benidorm. Food - plenary of choice- well presented - nice - fresh Something for everyone We however only ate in twice - as we always go to locals as we’ve been That many times & prefer Turkish cuisine. Location - perfect for us - 5mins at the beach We stayed on the beach - theirs is beach hut 8 & free wifi - beds & parosols Would we go back Yes if we wanted all inclusive Beer - Efes is good Rest of drinks are cheap alcohol - not very nice Coffee - latte button on the machine in their tiny cup - kept me fuelled. 1. They cater towards russians, treat brits badly 2. Food, will give you the runs! Eat outside 3. Paid for main hotel but placed in Annex. Its 2 star hotel. 4. Pool is small & shady, fight for seats 5. Staff are unhelpful - prefer russians 6. The location is the only good thing. But than you should book another hotel. 7. Paid 5 star price but its more like a 3 star overall. 8. The blue lights at night can get depressing after 2 nights. 9. They have waterslides which is a pro 10. No air con or lights in the Annex 11. You can not eat in the other hotels only in the grand zaman gardens.

The hotel is in a great location, near the beach, and that's all there is to great things. Bad things abound. I will mention only a few. I mostly try not to pay attention to bad things or to praise or criticize someone, but for the sake of future tourists I have a moral obligation to express my impressions. Bad stuff, we're at the hotel right now. From my group, more than half of the tourists got a stomach virus followed by a fever, the symptoms last from 2-4 days... so each of the hotel guests spent an average of 3-4 days in their room, deprived of the vacation they had planned. The staff mostly do not understand English when there is some problem, while leaving a tip, they suddenly regain their knowledge of the English language, but they don't do anything concrete after taking the tip... Hygiene is not at an enviable level, both in the kitchen and in the rooms. The air conditioner does not work very well in the room, while in the lobby of the hotel it is safe to turn it on... sometimes you feel as if you are in a sauna. As the day goes on, the choice of food is getting poorer and poorer...he saves himself at every step. Wifi rarely works in the lobby of the hotel in the rooms almost never. Towels, cosmetics in the rooms, bottled water are not changed... you literally have to steal towels and cosmetics when you meet the staff in the corridor. The only praise is for the staff in the restaurant who try to keep so many things in operation. Generally, the hotel does not even deserve three stars, even though they present themselves as a four-star hotel. From conversations with other hotel guests, almost everyone says the same sentence. We can't wait to get home and finally eat something. They also point out in the hotel that it was renovated for this season 2022, so I'm just wondering if it looked like before the renovation, because everything in the hotel looks like it has been used for several years.. both in the exterior and in the interior... Basically, my conclusion is the following: Whoever is thinking about this hotel, feel free to skip it and look for accommodation in another hotel...

Came here for 7 days, family of 5 including 3 children. We were expecting a room in the main hotel but we're placed in the Annex hotel which requires leaving through a back exit gate crossing a road to get to a different building. The annex Hotel had no air con on in the hallway or reception and was hot like a sauna. Room was clean, tidy upon arrival with a double, single and a bunk bed. View from the balcony was not great, backs of other buildings and a small part of the mountain in the distance. Room cleaning service comes at 4pm which is usually the time most ppl are in their rooms due to pools being closed. We often had to leave our room to allow them to clean and therefore disturbed during our rest time before dinner The restaurant food was disappointing. Very little options for children (no pizza, just recycled pasta and and the food from dinner was recycled for breakfast next morning. My partner had an upset tummy due to off food. The private beach is located at the grand zaman beach hotel which is about an 8 minutes walk and requires crossing a main busy road. It is a beautiful beach but again facilities are far and inconvenient for anyone staying in the annex hotel. The WiFi across all three buildings are poor. Staff are not welcoming, no one is greeting goodmorning or anything. If asking a question, the easiest option is no or sorry not English. However young male bar staff are very friendly in serving single girls, wanting access to their Instagram etc. Machine coffee - milk powder rarely refilled in certain machines. The Turkish bath was out of use and no spa facilties. In order to access one is required to cross to grand zaman beach hotel. Positives A lovely luxurious lobby in main hotel 2 nice pools, good water slides. Ice creams are served and a nice selection. Good children's playground. Good location in the main city with lots of shops and restaurant. Close to mcdonalds and a nice roof top shisha lounge. Great tours locally to this hotel

First of all the staff is nice. But the management here sucks. We are here in the middle of Juli and they are saving money on air conditioning. ***? Both the main building and especially the Annex building only have ac on in the rooms. The restaurant, lobby, elevator etc are all like a sauna. Asked the staff why but didn't get a proper answer. And by the way some places it says they have roomservice. They do not. All in all I regret I'm stuck in this sauna of a hotel. Never again.

We are currently at the hotel and it has fulfilled all our expectations. Hotel neat and clean (every day the toll is changed and the rooms are clean). Staff friendly. Food and more than great. Two pools with slides great for children. Mark 10

My third hotel in Alanya and the worst. Hard, short beds, slept like on boards. Lunches were supposed to be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. We arrived at 2:00 p.m. and the employ. were collecting everything

We arrived in the early hours with 3 children (10, 11, 14) after a transfer from airport of 1.5hours from Antalya. The check in was seamless and we were in our room within 20mins. We had a family room in the annex, which is across the street to the back of the hotel and away from the main complex. The room was functional with a fridge in the room stocked with bottled water, powerful aircon and plenty of storage space. The balcony was a nice touch despite the view not being great. The bathroom was basic but a nice powerful shower. The room service standard of cleaning and frequency could be improved as even after they cleaned the room, the floor was still a bit gritty. Considering 5 guests in the room , they were very miserly with the amount of towels given but ask and you will get. The hotel is mainly geared for Russian guests (who can be a little rude at times) and this showed in the signage around the hotel and some staff could not speak English but could speak Russian. One of the flaws of going all inclusive is repetitive food especially on a 10 night stay, i am pleased to say this hotel did not fall under this category. The food variety was vast with plenty of salads, meats, desserts and hot food options. Each night they seem to have a theme selection of foods such as Turkish and Chinese etc but the staple items were always there such as chips, fried chicken, pancakes, waffles (so the kids were happy). There are snacks available during the day by the pool side such as burger, fries and the Turkish Lamacun (Turkish pizza). Ice cream for the kids is available during certain times. Bottled water is available around the clock from the many fridges around the hotel areas and so are other drinks (hot/cold) at the bars. Despite some reviews, no stomach upsets here. The pool area was clean with ambient music and helpful staff. Be mindful that the loungers near the slides can get occupied quickly especially in the shaded areas for the day. The WiFi in the room is very unreliable, we used to spend some time in the evening or after meals in lobby where the internet was decent. With 5mins of the hotel is the beach with its own private section with loungers and parasols (F.O.C). The sand is not fine but large grained (not pebble) but great fun in any case, the water was a nice temperature at this time of the year. The location is perfect for everything you need to see and do in Alanya without the need for a single taxi/public transport (except transfers). The main road where the hotel is situated is awash with excursion agencies, supermarkets, ATMs, currency exchanges, restaurants etc etc. The hotel is approx 15min walk from Alanya Bazaar and 20mins from the Harbour. The bazaar and harbour is best enjoyed at night with the lighting and ambience. Beware as always with very inflated prices at the bazaar, expect to pay ~40% of their starting price and be ruthless to get to this price. The cable cars to the mountain top is a 10mi
