I do not like a color of the bathroom as you do not see how clean it is. Also the reception was not friendly.

Otelde kalan ilk misafilerdendik. Harika bir oda. Çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Herkes çok ilgiliydi çok tatlılardı. Teşekkür ederiz

Urin färgade madrass, studio suite fruktansvärda, allmänt smutsiga. Vi hade 1:an. våning studiosvit, trappa på natten dåligt upplyst. Det är mil från var som helst. Bara stannade en natt. Skulle ha varit 10 nätter, flög hem då inget annat lämpligt boende fanns tillgängligt. Förmodligen 4-stjärnigt plus, bodde i många 4-stjärniga hotell, detta var aldrig 4-stjärnigt, jag skulle betygsätta det som 2-stjärnigt.

Ok so a little background, nervous furst time solo traveller. Been to most of the usual holiday destinations in thd last 40 years. Simply this is the best holiday I think I have ever had. The first and most important part of any holiday is the people. Without exception everyone, reception, waiers, cleaners, cooks are exceptionally friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk talk. Make you welcome, will help and explain all you want to know, and make you feel that all they want to do is make your stay a pleasure for you. Do not miss the spa, I had been 3 times in 7 days. I cannot describe the experience just TRY IT. It is not cheap, but save up your pennies. If you are coming on holiday, dont bother if you cant afford it then moan about the cost. Cooks Club is right on the beach. Not the biggest beach and a coarse sand, but beautiful, and this time of year delightfully empty. 3 pools, with numerous sun loungers. The resort is fairly small but many restaurants and cafes and prices vary on the sort of one you choose. So in essence, great hotel, great location on the beach, but the best memory I take with me us the staff. They work hard, make the whole experience. So if you do come here please remember ine thing. Reward them for the pkeasure they give, a small tip says so much, be generous. Am I coming back, bet your bippey I am September 2025 I shall return. The only thing to be aware if is journey time from the airport. Book an afternoon return flight is my advice.

Great chilled venue. Great customer service. This place has all the facilities I needed without the hassle. Staff are lovely and friendly. I loved the fact that this place is lovely and chilled…just right for a November getaway. I imagine summer must be crazy. On half board package the evening menu was a bit limited, I would have preferred more Turkish mezze style food on offer. Other than that I would love to come back maybe when weather is a bit more promising! Good for walks to the castle is recommended, the views at the top are spectacular. Cable car also available.

Cook's club Alanya was an amazing getaway for us. This hotel is amazing, the grounds, the location, the staff, the service, the food and rooms! The service and welcome you receive from all staff members (special thanks to Erman, Selman, Mertcan, DJ Suat, Hüseyin, the staff on the beach...) is great. Everyone is lovely and very accommodating. We loved the daily events and in particular the Turkish night. If we would come back to Alanya we would not hesitate to come back here. Thank you for a wonderful stay ♥️ Nina, Bo and Marieke

We spent six days at the Cook's. It's easy to say it was one of the best stays we've had in a long time. The hotel staff are so welcoming, smiling and caring. We didn't need to organize anything ; we were pampered! When we needed informations, we were easily pointed in the right direction. We particularly enjoyed getting to know some of the hotel staff (Erman, Osman, Mert, Selman - the man of the sun and Aslan). We thank them so much for their warm welcome, kindness and professionalism. Without them, our week would not have been the same! We even learned some Turkish words, thanks to them! The hotel is clean and well-kept! We were struck by the beauty of the surroundings and the atmosphere of the hotel. We felt wonderfully relaxed here. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained! We enjoyed several of the entertainment options offered by the team and were completely satisfied! The seafront is magnificent and the sunsets are breathtaking. The Cook’s club is well located in the city and there’s a lot of sightseeing to do in Alanya. We highly recommend this establishment, for which we fell in love! Teşekkür ederim !!! A great hotel. The decor is little quirky but that all added to the experience. The head receptionist is brilliant. She could not have been more helpful. So a special mention for her. The other staff were very friendly and helpful too. There was a very good choice of food at the buffet with a themed menu change every night. The pool and poolside bar and restaurant are first class. It is also on the beach for those of us who like to feel the sand between the toes At night there is usually a band in the Irish Pub that is part of the hotel as well as entertainment at the poolside bar area. I think this is the best area to stay in at Alanya as is close, but not too close to the Castle, cable car, harbour and bazaar. This was my second stay and I will be going back next year Finally, fabulous sunsets

The food was excellent, a full ten for that! The beds were really bad for a married couple and the pillows were rock hard. The biggest MINUS was customer service and meeting. Only the employees Osman and Demen and an older female person who was probably of the manager level served willingly and with a smile. Room cleaning was good. The hotel's local level of 4 stars did not quite correspond to the real level, maybe 2.5 or max 3. The rooms are dingy and badly painted and otherwise dark throughout. The fabric of the decorative pillows was anything but good. All in clusive customers kept getting the feeling that they shouldn't have asked for drinks included in the price from the bar. The hotel's Hamam and massage surprised me - we got real value for money.

All in all a good overall stay Pros * fantastic location right on beach (studio sea view room) . Listening to the waves crash at night was relaxing! The sunsets were amazing too! * AI good value. We did have couple of evenings eating out and at pool bar to mix it up which was good value for money. * Service on beach was fantastic, very hard working was great! (Apologies missed his name) Cleaning team also very friendly and liked the towel creations! * lots of cats - we loved them all * Friendly, hard working staff overall. Cons *Glad our room wasn’t near Irish pub. Was very loud *music ended at 12.30ish, AI drinks ended at 10pm which aims to get you to buy more and be charged. Only 1 Bar man serving long queues for AI guests, we were then charged for drinks at 10.15pm…. Suggest they should extend hours to 11pm or put more bar staff for AI and expect multiple drink orders. *adult only hotel however lido type service on beach area so open to all customers of all ages. Not a problem but not sure can state adult only?

Super nice and very stylish hotel! I was completely impressed Fantastic food in the hotel and also in the restaurant House of bohem. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Huseyin and Abdul! Highly recommend this place!
