Mylome Luxury Hotel & Resort

I visited the hotel immediately after opening, in an info organized by my travel agency, I liked how the resort looks, so I decided to spend a vacation here. I arrived at the hotel on 05.04.2025, a few days after the hotel reopened. Even though I arrived in the morning at 09.30 in 20 minutes I received the room (a thing to be appreciated). The staff at the reception is friendly and kind. Thanks to Aliona Costache for her kindness.Clean room, with mini-bar supplied daily with water, beer and soft drinks. The maid enters the room whenever requested (there is an electronic control at the entrance to the room). There is a big problem in the rooms: there is no hanger for clothes and in the bathroom there is only one hanger for towels. You have to hang all the towels on top of each other. If someone from the hotel management reads these impressions, maybe they will correct this. All bars in the hotel serve quality imported drinks (including pool bar). There are also a-la-carte restaurants (one free for 7 nights). We went to the Italian and Octopus and we ate very well. In the main restaurant the food is of quality and arranged very nicely. One thing worth mentioning is the existence of a café where different types of coffee are served. The snack bar in the pool area is very ok. You can find everything you want. The pools are very nice and clean. There is (until 01.05) a heated swimming pool. Beautiful and clean beach with smooth entrance to the Mediterranean Sea. The staff serving the bars and restaurants is made up of very well trained and kind young people. I mention in particular Mustafa Con Yldirim who works at the bar in the hotel lobby but also Mehmet Demir's colleague. There was only one thing I didn't like: one of the days it was my wife's birthday and I wanted a bouquet of flowers and a small birthday cake. If I paid the 30 euros for flowers without hesitation, I didn't think it was ok to charge me 20 euros for a small cake. In conclusion, a very good hotel that I recommend to all tourists who want quality services and a carefree vacation.

Mylome Luxury hotel is the place where you can find a genuine and pure place for your vacation. I had a great time at this hotel. When you enter the hotel, you see that the interior is modern, stylish, and at the same time cozy. Everything is in a convenient layout, and most importantly, an ecological idea is ensured. Convenient access to the sea, heated outdoor and indoor pools. Next to the hotel is a small peninsula with castle ruins and beautiful natural surroundings. The hotel's location is also great, because not far away are the cities of Side and Alanya, where you can see historical and cultural heritage.  The food at the hotel is really delicious. You can taste dishes of different cultures all day long. Therefore, there is enough choice for everyone. Without the great dedication of the chefs and waiters, this would be hardly possible.  The staff is excellent. Despite the large number of visitors, professional staff try to please vacationers and serve them to the highest standards. Thanks to the hotel manager Ismail, and also to all the service staff from the groundskeepers to the management team. The animation and entertainment were excellent. There are various activities in the evenings and during the day. The organized events and celebrations were impeccable. The animators communicate with you and entertain visitors all the time. And if entertainment is not enough, the animators offer even more alternatives. I would like to especially thank the following animators and employees: • Deniz - an explosive charge during events and when getting the audience going.  • Hande and Sena - Zumba and step aerobics masters. They really know their stuff. • Eda - a GYM fitness professional. Once you meet her, you will regret eating an extra piece of cake at lunch. No worries! She will definitely help you to improve your body lines, and when you are with her, you will not even want to leave the gym. • Samet, Lorin, Can, Mesut, Melek, Yaren, Ulyana, Vol - an always smiling company that brightens up the day. The animators are full of energy every day. Thanks for their work. To sum up, I recommend Mylome Luxury Hotel. Good luck to the hotel in its future success.

We stayed with our 4-year-old child, and it was a very family-friendly place. There’s a nice playground for kids and a separate pool with water slides, which our child really enjoyed. The food might not be very diverse, but it was sufficient for our kid — there were French fries, spaghetti, chicken, pancakes, oats, etc. Snack bars are open and located near the pools, which is super convenient, especially when the main restaurant is closed. That’s a big plus when traveling with kids who can’t always wait until meal times. A big thank to the Mylome Mini club staff who took great care of our child, even though he speaks only Lithuanian. There were so many fun activities and he felt really looked after. He was excited to go there every single day. Special thanks to Uljana for doing her best to keep him entertained, happy, and safe!

Wonderful place for family activities and relaxation! Our daughter was happily busy the entire day enjoying various pools, exciting outdoor games, and fun programs. Warm, friendly, and hospitable staff made us feel very welcome from the first moment. Special thanks to the amazing animation team for keeping the kids entertained with creative games, music, and cheerful activities all day long. We will definitely come back again

My family, a group of 12 stayed at The Mylome Hotel 4th to 18th April and had a fabulous time. The Hotel is beautiful, not too big and was perfect for us. The heated pools were greatly appreciated. The younger family members loved the entertainment and games, Sammy and Hande Yigit were fantastic and we never felt under any pressure to get involved. The rooms were lovely and our rooms with sea and pool view were modern and really spacious. The staff are the shining star of this Hotel and the following staff went above and beyond to provide fantastic service. They deserve recognition; Guest relations Liana Minadze and Olena Elibol both so helpful with reservations and helping organise a la carte bookings. All the waiters on skates were so attentive and took the time to chat and get to know us, thank you Mervan Erten and friends. Kurtulus Oye and Ismail Ozdil always smiling and working so hard to make sure we had everything we needed. Your staff are the heart of the hotel and is the reason we would return. Thank you very much.

We travelled there as a family in the end of march not with that much expectations because of the off-season. But Mylome hotel proved us the opposite. Beginning From breakfast / lunch / dinner quality and service which was absolutely AMAZING. The Program and activities were insanely funny. Metin Can & Samet provided us such a good sports experience throughout our stay. Everyday was packed with Water Polo, Darts, Volleyball. They organised it so well so everyday was a highlight. Huge Props to Mylome for that hotel experience they offer. Absolutely amazing !!!
