Kleopatra Royal Palm Hotel

Unfortunately level of this place has dropped down since the pandemic covid19. Worst cleaning, smell in the bath room, broken equipment,. low quality of the meal. really disappointed... hope this hotel will become a nice place again ... this place has a high potential. Perfect territory... The hotel has even a small garden with flowers and a terrace. It is really an advantage for the city hotel.

滑翔傘世界盃比賽的總部就設在這，所以也選擇住這。性價比相當好的酒店，舒適愜意，沙灘路邊。一天三頓的吃的也有一些合自己口味，酒店還有小賣部各種日用品，還有理髮桑拿按摩等收費服務，忙於練習和比賽，還沒有享受一下免費的泳池，乒乓球，健身房，有機會再去，邊吃晚飯邊欣賞歌舞表演。一家人度假的好去處。

The hotel is medium quality. Rooms fully suitable for relaxation. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The food tastes good, but not a lot of variety. But! At the entrance of the hotel there is a place called Elvis Bar, which is simply great! Good cocktails at a very good price. You can smoke a hookah, which can be a great end of a day. The owner is very nice, he really does everything to make the guest feel good.

This hotel definitely does not deserve the star rating it is given on on the beach whilst the location of the hotel itself is good and there’s nothing wrong with the hotel building as well rooms were not kept to the best standard our sheets were not changed for the whole week we were there 2 parasols round the pool with the slides in for the kids small ones at that and when we asked for more as it was 37 degrees we were told there was no more the entertainment team tried but lack of resources ment they struggled they were lovely. Reception staff were ok if you weren’t asking for things like someone was sick in reception toilet it took them two days to clean it and it was still on the door also on the day we left there was a cockroach running around on the floor they were told and nothing was done. Food was the same thing everyday and not very hygienic plates and cutlery were dirty still and we all ended up with food poisoning to the point we’ve all had salmonella testing when we came home I myself have been put on antibiotics as I have a bacterial chest infection likely caused by the faulty aircon please avoid this hotel at all costs if you want to stay well

Well.. this is not a 3 star hotel that's for sure! The pool facilities are good. The air con doesn't work for long some of us were sleeping in 31 degrees heat in the rooms. Food is definitely not the best as no English options at all. The staff are friendly and do go above and beyond in most situations. The worst part was the food as out of 24 of us and many other guests we all contracted food poisoning. This had been confirmed at the Turkish hospital from another guest who'd been to the hospital on Wednesday 4th September. One of our family has had to go to hospital upon landing as a result of being so unwell. That hotel chain has 9 hotels and as soon as the first case was confirmed they shouldn't have accepted anymore guests and should have moved the guests there to one of their other hotels to avoid the spread of this food poisoning!! The chef who looked after the poolside grill was using the same tongs for raw and cooked meat. And when it was mentioned took no notice of guests. This was our first ever holiday to Turkey and it has put us off going again unfortunately, apart from the bucket list experiences, most of the staff throughout the resort, the reggae one bar the rest of the holiday was not the experience of we hoped for in Turkey. Be very careful before booking with this hotel as they didn't take the sickness very seriously at all.

Stayed in this hotel last week and i cant fault it at all, food was delicious especially the outside grill around the pool area, steaks, chicken, burgers were delicious. Only problem with the food is that they didn't do english breakfasts but we just decided to go out when we fancied one. Room was good with air con and bed was comfy. Got served fast at the bar around the pool. Heard a lot of shows on for kids but didn't attend any. Beach was a very short walk from the hotel but you did have to pay for sun beds so we just lay on the sad with beach towels. Overall would return again.
