Panorama Hotel - All Inclusive

The food was delicious and of high quality. A big plus was that we could order food from the regular menu at the snack bar. The rooms were renovated and very clean, and the service was excellent, especially Serdal, who was friendly, made us laugh, and totally won our hearts!

I really liked the hotel, food and Serdal service. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is interested in peaceful time.

Panorama is one of the best hotels i’ve been at. Sea is really close and the beach is tidy with soft sand. Near the sea is snack bar with delicious food (the best I’ve eaten when it comes to snack bars). Drinks were really great. Food at the restaurant was one of the best from all inclusive hotels I’ve been at. Everything was fresh and everyone could choose something for themselves. Rooms look really good and modern and are always really clean. Staff is the best. I’ve never been in a hotel with so nice, kind and professional staff. They all keep the area very tidy and the their service is really great, but the one I want to highlight is Serdal. He is the best waiter in the whole world. He is very kind and professional, on the second maybe third day we don’t have to tell him what we want because he exactly remembers our orders (from 9 people!). Serdal was definitely the best part of our vacation.

Still enjoyed hotel, but I was taken ill and rushed to Hospital. Lung telated. I cannot thank the staff and DR on site enough for the support shown, and speed in getting me help.

I recently visited Alanya with my mother, and although we are staying in our own apartment, we were searching for a suitable hotel for our future guests. Based on good reviews, we decided to check out Panorama Hotel to see if it could be a good fit. However, our experience was extremely disappointing. As we approached the hotel, a man sitting outside stopped us and began questioning why we were there. He didn’t speak English, and instead tried to speak in German, which we don’t understand well. He then walked us to the reception but stayed uncomfortably close the entire time. At the reception, nobody greeted us or asked if we needed help. I tried to explain politely that we just wanted to take a quick look at the hotel and its facilities for our guests, but we were completely ignored. Eventually, the same man very rudely told us to leave — his behavior was shockingly aggressive and unwelcoming. This was not what we expected from a hotel with such a reputation. We were genuinely interested in the place and wanted to recommend it to our guests, but after this experience, we absolutely won’t. Very disappointing and unacceptable service. I truly hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works on staff training — especially in how to treat potential guests with basic courtesy and professionalism.
