Yeniacun Apart Hotel

We (two adults) stayed at Yeniacun Apart Otel for two weeks in april. The hotel The staff with their manager were very welcoming and nice. They all did everything to make us feel at home. The apartment was big with enough wardrobes to fit even for a longer stay. The apartment also had microwave oven, coffeebrewer which is not very common in other hotels. Location is close to the Cleopatra beach (just across the street), a longer distance to city centre, but there is a taxistation nearby. Grocerystore Migros is also close. We really do recommend this hotel. We will return as soon as possible. Big warm thanks to all of you in the staff of Yeniacun Otel!

Really cozy small hotel. Everybody so friendly and helpfull. From our room (601) u could see the sea and the amazing sunset. Food from restaurant was fine, and fair prices. Breakfast was ok, but mostly the same everyday. U can buy toast and omelets for breakfast if u dont have room with breakfast. There is a Migros close buy. Some noise from the roads, but thats what to expect with this location. Beds not so comfortable. Cleaning really fine.

I recently stayed at Yeniacun Apart Hotel in Alanya with my family, and while we had a pleasant experience overall, there were a few issues that could have been improved. We arrived quite late, but the man at the reception was very welcoming and thorough, which made our check-in smooth. However, as a large family, we had booked two rooms together but were unfortunately placed on different floors. Despite speaking to the manager, they were unable to move us closer, which was a disappointment considering we were on the same booking. This made it inconvenient, especially for my 64-year-old mother and her 70-year-old cousin, who had to go back and forth between floors to join us for breakfast every morning. The one-bedroom apartment we stayed in felt quite small at first, but after a few days, it grew on us and became quite cozy. The manager, a friendly woman, did her best to accommodate us, and we truly appreciated her efforts. The two gentlemen at the bar were also great, with one of them being especially friendly with my toddler daughter, making her feel welcome every day. On our first morning, we decided to have breakfast at the hotel (€10 per person), which turned out to be delicious and generous in portion size. The spread included egg on toast, chips, sausage, cheese, olives, pancakes, and a variety of jams, honey, and chocolate spread. Definitely worth it for a relaxed morning. The pool area, though small, was a nice place to relax. It has a separate children's pool which my daughter loved as it was very shallow and safe for her. The poolside bar was convenient, allowing us to order drinks and food that could be billed to our room. One thing I would suggest improving is the green algae around the pool, as it made the poolside a bit slippery. It's not a dealbreaker, but something that could easily be addressed to enhance the experience. I would also like to add, The hotel is rather large and accommodates alot of people however there is only one very small lift that can only hold two people at a time which can be frustating. A couple of negatives about the room: the shower head and the ceiling had some mould, which wasn’t ideal as I have asthma. This is something that could be easily fixed with a good mould spray. Additionally, air conditioning was not included in the room rate and cost €10 per day, which added up to €140 for our stay. Given the high temperatures in Turkey, air conditioning should really be included in the price, as it’s a necessity. Despite these minor setbacks, I would still return to Yeniacun Apart Hotel if I visit Alanya again. The staff were wonderful, the hotel is located just a 30-minute walk from the town centre (taxis should be around 250TL or €6—don’t let them overcharge you), and the beach and Migros supermarket are both just a 5-minute walk away. I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. It looks nice and clean The staff is real nice aswell. You got a strong free working WiFi. And they are always willing to help out. I would definitely stay there again. It's in the more quiet and cheaper bit of Alanya. Like a 30minute walk along the Atatürk blvd to the start of the center. If you use the e-scooter app from Binbin or Beam though, you're back and forth to the busier parts in no time. Plus most excusions, hammam and other things to do in and around Alanya, have a pick up service I was alone so I got the 2 room apt. On the mountain side. Perfect for shadow in the afternoon. The view was really nice, if you look past the fact that the neighbours are close, which I did. I enjoyed the beautiful mountains. It' s close to the beach Just a stroll away. The room was very clean. Which I appreciate and I know the very friendly ladies work hard to keep it that way, every single day. Highly appreciated. It' s near a big supermarket Migros for everyday needs and a pharmacy. Airco is good. I recommend taking it, cause it can get quite hot. There is one in the livingroom, not in the 2 room apts bedroom. Little minor details Are the shower head, that wasn't clean....plus it kept on fainting And I would not take breakfast inclusive again. It's okay, nothing special, but I asked for no meat and got it on my plate both times I ate there. Even just between my omelete and bread. They just took the sausage away and that was that....but no. After two tries I decided tot take breakfast in the city My side, which is the same side as the front entrance, is also the side close to the Coastal highway. You get used to it. So don't overthink it. It's just that a midnight honking can startle you whilest sleeping. Again. If I ever return to Alanya, I will definitely stay here.

Just back from 7 nights with this hotel, we enjoyed our stay very much…. I didn’t expect too much from this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised, super clean, cleaners every day, beds made up sheets changed twice weekly although I’m sure they would do more if required…. Clean towels every day….. staff were super friendly and helpful..,, Hotel is central, 5 minutes away from beach by foot…. I’d like to give a nod to the bar staff especially Nazir….. he made my stay most memorable treating me like a princess every time he seen me,,,,,, Makes the most amazing co tails too………. I cannot recommend this hotel enough…. Their moto should read….’ Above & beyond’
