Each staff member, including the incredibly talented Chef Sajeev, went above and beyond to make my time special. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, particularly Suveesh and Rajeeb and team for their excellent service. I'm also grateful to the welcoming reception team, including Preethy, Minnu, and others, for their warm smiles and assistance. The housekeeping team's promptness and kindness added to the comfort of my stay. Your dedication to ensuring a wonderful experience is truly appreciated. Overall services are excellent specially food court members are superb, traditional food served in traditional way is very interesting,except laundry facilities and house keeping needs to improve. And happy hub recreation items may increase.

We had an excellent 4 days stay here at this lovely property. All the departments involved in looking after the guests were absolutely good, the food was delicious and the service was even better . We would like to come here again with our families and friends.

A week of relaxation - my husband and I were energized to our full potential! A 5 day stay was extended by 2 days since we loved the ambience and service from all the departments, F&B taking full credit - my non-dairy diet was well looked after!!

We had a memorable 3-day stay at Club Mahindra, Arookutty, Alleppey. The resort is around 40 km from Kochi Airport and offers convenient pick-up options. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery, and features clean, spacious rooms with modern amenities. We loved the eco-conscious touch with their solar plant. The staff was polite and helpful, and special thanks to Chef Sanjeev and Diksha for their warm hospitality. Some team members could use a bit more training to match the high service standards. The restaurant serves excellent food, especially the local Kerala dishes. North Indian options could be improved in taste. The resort sits on the backwaters and offers its own boating, which was a delightful experience. There are also great facilities for kids, including a play area and a small swimming pool. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant stay — highly recommended for those visiting the Alleppey area!

Good service, great food , very good supporting service , great happy hub too , nice dance show , all inclusive package very much good , swimming pool also very clean and hygenic, all premises very well maintain , clean and look very descent too
