Went there for a long weekend and it fulfilled all my expectations. The location couldn’t be better as it is literally 30 meters from both ski lifts (Sellaronda and Ciampac). But the best surprise was the restaurant. The menu is typical local dishes but every day the chef proposes something special. Honestly I didn’t know this was the place to eat in Canazei area (The famous actor Massimo Boldi was eating next to us on Saturday). I recommend it 100% .

Breathtaking experience in this wonderful location in one of the most beautiful place in Italy, I’ve been absolutely thrilled by the peacefully of the location, the quality of the food is unreal, breakfast is very fancy and stylish, excuisite. Dinner very romantic and excellent food served. For the sky fan is probably the closest location and more strategic accommodation in Canazei, you can litteraly walk from the lobby to the chairlift in 60 seconds. The staff is super professional and friendly and the cleaning is absolutely 5 stars. Amazing experience, highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with kind staff. Breakfast is the top and make you even a greater start of the day. Rooms are good equipped with comfortable bed. In the afternoon you can enjoy a drink on the nice terrace with a fabulous view of the mountains. One little reminder about gravel around the hotel and parking places. It unfortunately makes quite noise, so when you have an opened window in the summer night, you will wake up... In general, great place, we will come back in the winter to explore skiing at SellaRonda.

Chalet Queen is a new modern hotel just steps from the gondola in Penia. The rooms are well designed with a sleek modern feel. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. The public spaces were warm and inviting and the outdoor seating area/bar with amazing views of the surrounding peaks was especially appreciated by our group. I also highly recommend eating at the restaurant. The chef Simone made us the best meal of our week-long Dolomites hiking tour. He blended traditional dishes with modern twists and presentation--it was truly a fine dining experience. The ingredients were of the highest quality. His personal attention was very charming. The dining room manager Christina was also very warm and helpful. We will definitely return to this new hotel.

La struttura è accogliente e ben curata, la camera molto confortevole e pulita. La colazione, dolce e salata, abbondante e molto buona. Il personale giovane, gentile e simpatico. Anche il ristorante merita di essere provato! Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo chalet nella stanza per 3 persone deluxe, molto bella, pulita e calda. Personale simpatico, cordiale e gentilissimo!!! Parcheggio riservato allo chalet, aperitivo in una location molto bella. Lo chalet è ai piedi della funivia che porta ai col dei rossi, comodissimo, si esce direttamente con gli scarponi. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione e della mezza pensione, qualità prezzo ottimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

Location sicuramente di primo livello molto piacevole , e qui finisce la parte positiva , se volete bere qualcosa come apreski non fermatevi qui , prosecco e vini imbarazzanti , il prosecco del panettone bauli da 3 euro e’ moet a confronto , idem per drink , tutto costoso ( 8 euro per un calice ) ma con zero qualità , TRAPPOLA PER TURISTI

Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo al rientro di una camminata…€ 10 per uno spritz aperol in bicchiere di plastica da 0.3l che abbiamo dovuto andare a prenderci al banco perché il cameriere era da solo e non riusciva a servirci al tavolo, senza nemmeno uno stuzzichino…e poi si lamentano che la gente non spende i soldi…ho chiesto al cameriere se si fosse sbagliato nel battere lo scontrino ma mi ha confermato che quello era il costo di uno spritz servito nel bicchiere di plastica…veramente pessimi!!!…ci hanno fregato una volta, la seconda non capiterà di sicuro

Die Outside Schneebar des Chalet Queen ist unterirdisch! Ein Schnaps im Pappbecher (!) an der Bar kostet unglaubliche 10€! Weit und breit keine Heizpilze oder gemütliche Feuerstelle, weder für die Gäste noch für das Servicepersonal. Der Barmann super sweet, aber das Preiskonzept und die Gestaltung des Aussenbereichs sollten dringend überdacht werden! Fazit: Absolut leider keine Empfehlung für Aprés Ski.
