There is 8 miles worth of trails very close to the property if you like to get outside. Less than 10 minute drive to the downtown mall. Wineries surround Charlottesville in every direction. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Super cozy living room area with beautiful electric fireplace located below the TV. Bonus room/extra living area with a moody, fun vibe located on the first floor with a TV and two futon couches that could act as beds as well. Brand new kitchen and appliances. Large dining room table for family dinners. Outdoor grill and patio furniture on a large back deck, perfect for your morning coffee or late night wind down. Propane fire option for the table with four chairs surrounding it, perfect for a meal out on the back deck with a view. Large dog park right outside the front door.
